100% SCAM
Despite of the quality of their product , which is just made up story for users....They re-sell something returned by another 'smart users' . I received one item with 50% of load. Another one, 7g vape, contained....0.2 - 0.3 g ! Almost empty. Took 8-10 puffs and stopped working. After some effort I opened the container. noticed it is ....empty ! Once reported, they offered....discount for a new purchase ! So, 100% scam with poor quality of products and ZERO support. I do hope it is ending of that business.

I love this place! The quality and variety of strains stands out among its competitors. Also, they have a great price point considering the amount of points you can earn on every purchase. Which is free grams of weed. I order from them monthly. Should probably utilize the prescription but I like to try new strains and they always have a ton. Just try it, you’ll be back.

Defective vapes
Reache don't about defective vapes. They sent some instructions on how to clear it. That did not work. I ended up with a massive burn on the top of my mouth from trying tk clear the clogged devices. 3 out of the 4 I bought were clogged within a couple days. Nothing worked for clear them. There is no customer support at all. Would never recommend this company.
Shipping from Miami, FL?
Not sure why my shipping label was created for/in Miami, FL when this company is located in Los Angeles, CA. I ordered on the 30th, so it's only been a day so far. But the locations aren't adding up, looking up their listed business address (when going to it on maps the actual name of the location is just "Parking Lot," the building number doesn't exist) online it takes you to a parking lot in Los Angeles, CA. The only business there within view of where it brings you on google maps is Camella Nail & Pedispa. I probably got scammed, but we'll see. EDIT: It's been about an hour and I did some more digging on their site, turns out their return address is also listed in Florida. Which I'm going to post below. So I'm not sure where they truly run business from. 701 S Howard Ave #106 PMB 951 Tampa, FL 33606 US UPDATE 2/3/26: Shipping label created January 30th at 7am, still has yet to actually arrive and be shipped. Not looking too good, even changing my review to a one star instead of a 2 because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. UPDATE 2/5/26: They finally delivered it to the shipping center, still has yet to leave but it's on the way.

You cant use YOUR points to cover a whole purchase for one. Only company ive evrr dealt with rhat pulls this crap. Have good coupons I earned that they try to tell me I used, which never happened. Customer service is less than helpful. Spent a lot of money with these guys but after logging on and trying to use MY points during a time of financial hardship just to be forced by the system to select 100pts under covering the whole cost. My points I should be able to spend them how I want, not what some system dictates. Ive never in all my years dealt with such bs when it comes to a point system. Cant say im surprised when they charge 3 to 4 times more for products you can get elsewhere for half the cost and just as good if not better quality. Beyond done with binoid and hopefully this review prevents people from falling for their bs like I did. Ive given them chance after chance and every darn time I think hey, maybe they sorted their greed out. Nope. Good luck when you guys treat your customers like that.

Shipping said 2–4 days. LIES. They create the label the same or next day and send a “your order has shipped” email, but it just says “Shipping Label Created — USPS Awaiting Item.” The package doesn’t actually arrive until a week later. Not cool.

I ordered 10 days ago and the item I ordered AND PAID FOR has not even shipped yet. Never again. And if they don't credit my card back I will refute the charges. The product may be good but shipping and customer service aren't worth putting up with when there are so many other options.
Cancel orders and never return funds
I placed an order the money was immediately taken out and in the same instance they canceled my order. I have sent numerous emails and even reported them to THE BBB. Still no response from them. Stay away from this company
Product is great but...
I think the good luck gummies are absolutely amazing!! That being said the only reason I didn't give 5 start is delivery was super slow and tracking unreliable as well as the fact that I didn't even get the flavor I had ordered. I did get a partial refund for the inconvenience as I didn't really care all too much about the flavor and I kept the product they sent. I contacted customer service several times and each time they were super helpful. I will be buying more in the future.
Slow processing and bad products
Worst experience ever and immediately switched back to my former CBD shop. Slow processing times, priority mail was useless. Half of the products didnt work and the other half taste so burnt. No response from support.

Today is the 9th and no update in tracking says it's still sitting in their warehouse and I'm getting no help from customer service. I've filed a claim with my bank to try and get my money back
