I just seem to have a good feeling about borrowing from Birch Lending was very suspicious of other lending companies and others just didn't seem fair !!! I also understood everything I read!!

TRASH DO NOT USE THEM!!! I borrowed $500 and they want me to pay $2,678.15 after interest !! They also take money out of every paycheck you get not once a month!! I wish i never used them at all. I already paid $600+.

The interest is 400% which means you are paying gradruple then what you are getting back. Customer service is horrible. You can't understand a word they day and they dont actually help you. Take a loan somewhere else.

The loan process was easy and simple a quick call for verification. I love that this is the only company that reward you for paying off your loan early. The VIP rewards program is available to everybody and it is essential that you pay your loan off early to keep from paying large amounts of interest. This company encourages you with rewards of cashback for paying more than what you owe each time you make a payment or by making a lump sum payment. This is what makes this company stand out when I’m in a tight spot and I need Cash fast when life happens.

Now I just reapplied, as the email said, just now at 3:55pm August 4th. The customer service rep was still scrutinizing me by asking for account information. I provided the account I use for Birch deposit and didn't qualify. Again taking me through what they are taking me through, acting like I am not a client that pays back in full and before time is ridiculous )-" I am returning customer and I usually return because I keep getting enticing emails saying they will approve you of more. Just for them to run my information through a system, usually my credit and give less. I am having a difficult time understanding why they would send me an email to ask me to apply just to decrease what my normal amount, especially if I pay in advance and on a timely fashion. So, if there is an emergency, this is how their faithful customers receive treatment? Then blame it on their system. I don't know why they always say they can't find my account when they have my social security number and phone number as well as email address that leads them straight to my information. There is no better understanding. You get me to pay you. I pay in full and then you try me with lower loan amount as if I am a first timer or someone who never paid my loan. Your system, you blame but someone is controlling the system, decided with their biases what I should be entitled to. A system doesn't operate by itself unless someone is programming it.
