BlackTailor's clothing is super high quality, feel and fit great. I especially love the V20 Cargos. when it came to exchanges or returns their policy is amazing as they are very considerate of the environment and the satisfaction of their customers! I will continue to support them in the future.

Great product and great customer service
Had a bit of a hiccup with delays on the initial shipment but William worked with me and rescheduled the delivery until after I returned for travel and the company reimbursed me for my priority shipping costs. This is excellent and responsible customer service, coming from someone who worked in customer service for a few years. Great job, I will most likely buy again.
Love the look and feel.
Pants took around 1- 2 weeks to get to Canada and the pants look amazing, material feels great and comfy. Love the looks of the slim but slightly baggy look of the pants, will definitely buy 2 more color ways or different variations of the cargo pants if they are ever available.

Didn’t shipped the order and after 20 days they are saying you requested for size change, then how are sending me the email that you shipped the order? I haven’t recieved any parcel and the tracking number they sent me seems to be fake.
