Never again
Never again. Placed my order and had to contact them over two weeks later because I had not received word on when my pants would ship. They responded promptly and said my pants shipped, but when I checked the tracking it said the label was created the day I placed the order. No activity after that. They next day the package was picked up. Left me thinking wth are you people doing? Did you forget about the order for 2 weeks? If I had not contacted them who knows how long I would have waited. Now on to the pants. The pants looked great in the photos online. I ordered the correct size according to my waist but the legs are so wide you could fit at least three of my legs in there maybe four. I know baggy is the trend and that's what I wanted but these are ridiculously baggy, much more so than pictured online. They are so unflattering! No taper, no style just obnoxiously wide from thigh to bottom. They look worse than clown pants! I will try to get them altered, if not I will attempt to resell them. They don't offer refunds, only store credits and I would never buy another product from them so I'm stuck with them.

Too loose For my size
Too loose For my size, I have to get one to 2 sizes down than my actual size. I like the design but it is more straight baggy rather than tapered baggy.

The product is decent
The product is decent, one of the pockets are slightly defective, being that I can’t fully fold it in all the way. But my gripe was with the shipping time, ordered them 3 weeks in advance for an event and was not able to wear them due to prolonged delivery. I have 3 more pairs of pants from you all so I know the quality is there, this one time just gets 3/5 stars. Love the products though!

Based off my experience
Based off my experience with BT they definitly gets a 1 star. No communication, said it was shipped when it wasn't. Then they said it was the tariffs (I'm not lying) but when I looked at the travel history it said departed from Ca US so how could you get the tariffs? Maybe something I don't know about it idk who cares I won't be purchasing anything else from this company. And i still haven't received my package and it's May 20 when I'm writing this review. Ordered on May 5th or 6th.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive
My order took 3 weeks to arrive. The 1st time I checked with them about the wait they told me it takes time for the shipping information to update. They continued this lie until I checked with FedEx who told me they never received my order. 2 weeks later they tell me they shipped my order and it would arrive in 2 days. It would not arrive for another week. Do with this information what you will
