Customer service was abysmal. I placed my order 4 days prior to the change in import goods which had apparently doubled the shipping/processing time and hadn't received an update on my order until the policy went into effect after sending multiple emails requesting an update. I informed the representative to cancel my order it was approaching 2 weeks since I placed it and had to leave town for awhile, so there would be no one to retrieve it. They got back the next day saying the order has now been marked shipped and on it's way to me. After checking 2 days since the last response no progress to the shipment had been made which confirmed my suspicion that after nearly 3 weeks since placing it, a label was just now created and me being unable to retrieve the item when it arrives.

As of May 2, 2025, the United States has implemented significant changes to its import regulations, impacting shipping procedures and processing times for goods shipped from abroad. These modifications have added extra steps to the handling process, leading to extended processing times and potential customs delays. We have dispatched the product from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Lately, we have been consolidating customers' orders and shipping them to our warehouse in the US. Unfortunately, this has caused a delay in providing individual tracking numbers immediately after shipment in the past few days. Please be reassured that the shipping process has now returned to its normal operation. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
The delay, it's already been 2 weeks since I have placed the order I still haven't received it.
Update :- they have asked me to go to the DHL office to collect this parcel, the entire experience has been absolute garbage.
Update :- I had to pay customs of $50.50 for a single cargo pant, so in total for a pant worth $120, I spent nearly $180/-, absolutely not worth it, also the quality ain't that great.

I would have given 5 stars as I've ordered a lot from you guys but my only gripe with you is when you use DHL for shipping they are very slow. I place an order on April 18th and it is now the 29th and the package had been with them for days in the U.S. according to the tracking.
