Terrible install
I am beyond disgusted at this point. They make you pay in full before they finished even installing. Just to even get the install appointment, they may you pay in full. The first time they came out to install, they had the wrong size for one of the windows. .They then took the new measurement. I was waiting for the call that the Blind had been completed. However, there was apparently a mixup at the office. So then I had to wait again. They just came this morning and were supposed to install the new blind(prior to this, they contacted me to pick n up the new blind). I had to call and confirm that they were picking it up as they were installing). When they came this morning, they said it was in as a service call on not an install. So again it has not been installed but has been paid in full for weeks. I am getting nowhere and I’m disgusted.

Everything was done in the timely…yes
Everything was done in the timely fashion. The staff was great the blinds were installed in less than an hour and a half they did a an excellent job I cannot complain.
Top notch manufactured product. Unfortunately there were no installation instructions included in the box for hanging the blinds and no directions were available from your website. I was only able to get installation instructions from asking the online chat app, but that was painful at that point.
I purchased recess blinds and was asked to submit specific measurements of the recess. When I went to fit I found almost a 1cm gap at the top and 5mm gap either side. These blinds are sold as blackout but that is not the case if there are gaps. Customer Service informed me that the measurements were within their acceptable limits (of up to 1cm) and therefore they would not replace. Do not buy recess blinds from this company

They have an excellent customer support. I had blinds damaged twice, and they chose to replace them rather than just have them repaired as fast as they possibly could in order to help me out despite cost them probably more money than they actually made off me. Matter there is very excellent and I can’t be more happier. It took a long time anyways, but I at least got the results that I was hoping for. The blinds were defected by the factory, but the third one seems to be OK. The first two were. They’re very cheap as well.
