Some other blinds places didn't have the size or the material or the color to match the blinds we have, but you did. I did call and ask to have them delivered to the Burlington store and was told that would happen, but it didn't -- came to the Hamilton showroom where we'd ordered them. But a nice man at the Wentworth location said he lived in Burlington and would take them there himself.
Went to look for options for my wall of windows at location on Central Ave, Westchester, NY. Was assisted by Liylis and had a great experience. She took her time & discussed all available options. She was patient and answered all of my concerns. Awaiting installation to complete my review, thus the 4 star rating si far.

Terrible customer service, I purchased a new home which needed blinds. I discovered a coupon online for my blinds order which I had placed through the Canadian website. Once the order was placed a scheduled technician came out to measure the windows. After I had received the updated order which they had removed the coupon I had used on the original order. After calling customer service to get an explanation, they advised that the coupon I used was only valid for the U.S website and not applicable to the Canadian website even though it was accepted on the Canadian website. After I requested to escalate the matter, the supervisor offered a gift card to use for a future order. I advised I do not plan on purchasing again from BlindsToGo especially after this experience. After going back and fourth with the supervisor over multiple conversations, they offered a discount on my order which was a fraction of what the original discount was for my order. I will not be purchasing from them again

Very good experience and we are very happy with our new blinds and Roman shades. It’s a real pleasure to have new window treatments that upgrade our home. The professionals were also very personable and helpful in the decision making process. The installer was quick and a real treasure.
Salesperson was friendly and helpful in our selection of blinds. The blinds look great, however the pull chain mechanism is poorly designed. The chain binds when opening and closing the blinds and takes a while to master. I decided to do the instalation myself. Although not difficult, instalation instructions would have been helpful and should be part of customer service. We were not contacted when the blinds were ready and had to make our own inquiry.

The gentleman that installed my repaired blind was great. He was quick and polite.
Excellent service, Alex greeted me and was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with what we chose and it looks amazing. We got installed months ago and he was able to answer my questions and remembered specific things about our house that we spoke about AGES ago with him. Would give 6 stars if I could. Installer Dennis was perfect too.
