I ordered a blind the blind was great…

I ordered a blind the blind was great but the packaging let it down wasn't ridged enough and the blind got bent in transit, blinds to go contacted me after I left a review, I was offered a replacement but I accepted a partial cash reimbursement. Fantastic customer service, will use them again without doubt

Poor customer service and delays

We purchased blinds for our entire home through Blinds To Go prior to moving in. While the initial sales appointment went well, the promised delivery date was delayed. Because we needed blinds before our move-in date, we requested to cancel. ​Unfortunately, our salesperson was unhelpful and unprofessional—blaming us for causing him stress and putting him in a tough spot, rather than working with us to find a solution. While I understand sales is commission-based, guilt-tripping the customer is entirely unacceptable. ​ Although they eventually managed to rush our order, communication was poor regarding next steps, and the installer was delayed on the day of installation. ​We ended up using a smaller, local vendor for a portion of rooms in our house. The smaller company was less expensive, delivered on time, and provided a significantly better customer experience. We originally chose a major chain expecting better reliability, but was thoroughly disappointed.

Excellent Experience

The time your staff, specifically Josh took to help and address our requirements. Then the solutions he recommended. Finally the blinds arrived and they look absolutely fabulous and very practical for our sunroom.
