I started switching to Blueland products over the last year and am very happy with them. We began with the dishwasher pods after I realized that the plastic-wrapped soap pods we've been using were leaving bits of plastic on our dishes (!). We've gradually included more and more. The refill system is super convenient because you can store a lot and not have to replace so often. The products are effective for cleaning and the spray bottled are well designed (and also look nice). And, if you have plastic pet peeve like I do, you'll love that Blueland doesn't include any plastic in its shipping materials (it makes me crazy that other supposedly eco-conscious companies do!).

I purchased from Blueland on recommendation from a friend who also wants to help save our planet. After using several products I bought a starter set for my granddaughter for Christmas. She really liked the laundry tablets so I plan to buy a subscription for her. I especially like the dishwasher and toilet tablets. I gave samples to several friends and I hope they will join me in reducing plastic!

I have found the products effective with wonderful scents. Going plastic free is a huge bonus to the clean products. However, I would like to make purchases without subscription service. I know I ca buy one time but the price is then prohibitive for me.

I learned about Blueland from a friend a year ago. I waited until my supply was nearly gone before placing my first order of laundry soap, Oxi, & toilet bowl sample. I quickly decided to take advantage of the price reduction and ordered a year’s supply of the laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, & toilet tablets. In the process I had a slight administrative glitch. Blueland staff quickly responded to my concern and solved it!! Not only are the Blueland products and packaging good for the environment, their administrative staff are so very helpful. A win-win for me!

My order was delivered on Nov 14th, and I opened it on the 16th. I emailed them right away to let them know I was missing a Foaming Hand Soap refill tablet and a Multi-Surface Cleaner refill tablet. The tin for the Laundry Detergent also had two dents in it, and the toilet bowl cleaner tablets were completely crushed. Blueland’s customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and sent out replacements the next day. They did ask for the batch numbers from the tablets that did not survive, which I provided on the 19th. The replacement items arrived on the 23rd. Overall, the replacements arrived within about a week and without any hassle. My order was for a Clean Suite Kit, which included: Foaming Hand Soap (1 Forever Bottle + 1 Refill Tablet) Dishwasher Detergent (1 Forever Tin + 60 Refill Tablets) Free & Clear Laundry Detergent (1 Forever Tin + 60 Refill Tablets) Toilet Bowl Cleaner (1 Forever Tin + 14 Refill Tablets) Powder Dish Soap (1 Forever Shaker + 1 16 oz Refill Pouch) Multi-Surface Cleaner (1 Forever Bottle + 1 Refill Tablet) Bathroom Cleaner (1 Forever Bottle + 1 Refill Tablet) Glass + Mirror Cleaner (1 Forever Bottle + 1 Refill Tablet) Unfortunately, the products themselves were well below my expectations. There were no instructions included in the box, so you are simply given tablets and expected to know how to use them. I had to resort to YouTube to find basic guidance for several of the products. Overall, the powders and tablets were consistently weak. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they begin including clear instructions and significantly reformulate their products. Hand Soap: Very little foam and an overly thin consistency. Unpleasant to use. Glass Cleaner: Extremely weak and less effective than a basic water and vinegar solution. Dishwasher Tablet: Required a hot wash cycle to dissolve properly, which ended up warping some of my plasticware. Toilet Bowl Cleaner Tablets: They foam up and smell nice, but the cleaning performance is comparable to using a small amount of bleach, which makes them poor value. Multi-Surface Cleaner and Bathroom Cleaner: Far too diluted. These might have worked if they were much more concentrated. To top it off, I received six or seven follow-up emails asking me to leave reviews on various sites. I initially chose not to, given the poor experience, but the repeated requests became excessive.

I have used Blueland's hand soap, multi-surface cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, unscented laundry tablets, and dishwasher tablets. I have used the same hand soap and multi-surface cleaner bottles for over 2 years now and the plungers/sprayers are still working well. My favorite is the dishwasher tablets as previously I was using Cascade gel and food was being left on dishes and my glasses had a haze. When I switched to Blueland tablets then the dishes came out cleaner and no haze! I recommend Blueland to all my friends. High quality products and good for the environment. I like that I can find the products at my local stores even if online is a bit cheaper.

I love using this company to reduce my plastic waste and because their products are cruelty free. I’ve used their hand soap, detergent and multipurpose cleaner for years and recently expanded to using their toilet bowl cleaner and dishwasher cleaner and I’ve loved everything. Highly recommend. I also have saved a lot of money using these products.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years but their customer service is horrific, they will not fulfill an order I paid for and will not get back to me. Give us a phone number to call. I ordered off of Amazon cause I need cleaning products right away. I still want to use your products but I will never order from your website again. I like everything I bought but I'm amazed by the glass cleaner. Looked like I sprayed plain water on my mirrors at first. My hopes weren't very high. I was completely wrong. It cleans JUST AS WELL as the very expensive speciality stuff I usually buy. The whole kit is so darn cute too. Overall, some products I actually am switching to for good. It feels good to do something right for the planet too

I love their range of products on top of their company values. I try to live as sustainable as possible but want effective products with great scents.
