Incompetent Customer Service
They ship a package via UPS and the driver left the package on the sidewalk on a busy street in Chicago. When I got home, it was gone. I took a screenshot of my front door camera because I knew chances of the package still being there when I get home are pretty slim. So I notified Bokksu as such for them to file a claim with UPS and I am willing to accept a replacement or refund. Instead, their customer “service” wrote me this: “ Thank you for reaching out. Usually, UPS leaves the package when no one answers the door, can we ask if you were able to retrieve your package? We ask that you contact your local post office first and then contact us again so we can proceed with the next steps! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us again, and we'll be happy to assist you further.” First of all, UPS usually leave me a notice letting me know the package was rerouted to a nearby UPS location for pick up. Except that this driver thinks it’s okay to leave it on a busy sidewalk. Then she wants me to retrieve the package?! In Chicago?!!! How? That’s a dumb question. If I could retrieve it, wouldn’t I have done that already?!!! Then she wants me to contact the local post office?!!! You ship UPS. What are you even talking about?!!! If she wants to try to call the local post office for a package she shipped via UPS, she can try. She’s the shipper. I asked for a refund. My advice is not to shop with them. Their customer service team is non existent. Basically I am told to look for my own missing package left on a sidewalk in the city of Chicago. And try to call post office for a missing UPS package.
