Boku’s customer support was extremely helpful in assisting me with an unauthorised transaction issue. They acted quickly, explained what had gone wrong, how it happened, and gave me practical advice on how to prevent it from happening again in the future. What really stood out was how efficiently they handled everything; they did not ask for unnecessary additional information and simply got on with investigating and resolving the issue while keeping me informed throughout. Their communication was excellent and I felt reassured during the whole process. I am very happy with both the service and the outcome.
