Kind and polite Service.
The attendant George was extremely polite and helpful, however he was unable to solve my problem with issuing a plane ticket, as he informed that it would be another department, but that he had already directed it.
Scam
I was directed to their website when I found a ticket at a reduced (promotional) fare from a search engine. After they took my credit card information and details, I received a call saying that there were no more seats at that price eventhough my search was showing there were still 5 seats available. They did offer me the same itinerary but at 3 X the price. So when I said that I was not going to pay that much, they told me that my purchase was non refundable and that they would apply cancellation fees. How can this be legal ?

We booked a flight, pd w/credit. Get letter saying canceled. Am told that the flight now costs 800 vs 181. Scam
Reserved flights, gave my credit card info for pymt and they canceled on me several days after I paid and told me it would be $800 vs. the $181 I confirmed previously. Another scam to get your $. They said they sent an email asking for a confirmation. Didn’t I confirm when I authorized them to use my credit card? Not to mention my plans have been totally ruined. Don’t get scammed by these people. Did not receive an email.
