After I booked my ticket I was called and told they couldn’t honor the price because it was a popular flight and could only be on standby. They gave me alternate flight options for a much higher price. I asked if I could just cancel the flight and they said if I did I would lose the money I initially paid when I booked my ticket. Ridiculous. If they couldn’t honor the price I booked at, I should have been able to cancel with a full refund. Will never use this service again.

They show you a cheaper ticket online and when you book you receive an email. That's you are on standby and you have to book another ticket which is 40% more in price. They said they can use your credit card to increase fair you Don't need to provide credit card anymore. Other than saying okay on the email on the new fair. Then they make another transaction on your credit card and call it tax which is their commission. Scam. Scam scam. Don't book a ticket from them. Eva Lopaz and Daniel are a gang of scammers. You can buy the ticket from kayak much cheaper. They charge a $201 commission. They Don't pick up your calls. They Don't reply to your emails. When you call them to talk with these people these people are off on that day lol they put you on hold and hang up on you multiple times. There is a whole gang of scammers who speak Hindi and Spanish in the background have a heavy accent and claim they are born and raised in Florida. Also, claim to have their birthday on the day you call them.

If 0 stars was an option, that's what this company would get. DO NOT order tickets through this scam of a company! I've already posted on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok warning people about this company. First of all, when ordering my tickets for my family vacation, trying to find cheaper flights for a family of 3, I came across this website, was SO EXCITED to find round trip tickets for my family for $580. Sent the website to my dad, who travels all the time, to make sure it was legit. It seemed too good to be true. Boy was it ever! After looking over everything several times, dad said it looked good, book it! So we did. They call me up the next day saying that no luggage is allowed on this plane. Not even a personal. Not a problem, my dad is going to Cancun as well, he can just take our luggage. Then they proceeded to tell me that these were STAND BY TICKETS! Meaning the dates can change on us. NO WHERE WHEN BOOKING ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THIS. So then they offered me the "upgraded" package to Frontier airlines for $1,450. I had no choice but to book, they already had $580 of mine. After booking, I downloaded the Frontier app, looked up trips to Cancun for 3. Found the same flight for $150 cheaper!! These people should be sued for fraud!! They are getting this same review on Google. So glad they asked me to write them a review!

Book my Air Travel is a company I will never purchase tickets from again. They always demand extra money or they will not give you your original itinerary. It's a pain to deal with them on the phone and they take up way too much of my time. Maria was fine though she sent the ticket.
