Mr.Jones was helpful to me and calm even though I was upset with my baggage cost. He was helpful in a frustrating situation and he assisted me in adding KTN and bags which cost more than flight and did not allow for me to have a carry on. I personally will select another carrier in the future. Either way , Mr Jones was very kind and generous to handle my situation today 2/7/2025

FRAUD
FRAUD - They took my credit card (and charged it) but didn't book my flight. Then they sent me an email telling me that I had to confirm additional information with them verbally. I called the number, and they answered in Spanish. I asked if she spoke English and she said yes and hung up.

Book my flight online with a price and says the flight is confirmed! Got a email saying I had to confirm my flight( why I thought I had) When they call you to actually confirm your ticket they add more than what the airline is actually charging and won’t confirm until you pay it. I had to speak to different people to end up paying more. So pissed. Never again

Easy and Polite
It was easy and both Noah and Mickey were very polite and took care of everything for me. Only one hiccup, the fare I originally booked online was not available, if I would have kept that fare I would have had to fly standby; Noah coordinated with AA for seats to be ticketed but for an additional $200.
