The ticket was meant to come within 60 minutes max. It took 100minutes. It has no PNR which their site specifically stated you get. The reservation code doesnt work when I check on tje airline website. Useless, scam.

We acknowledge that the ticket was delivered later than expected, and we sincerely apologize once again for the delay. However, the ticket was delivered, we explained the situation, and you were fully refunded. We also followed up with you to confirm whether you had received the refund.
You stated yourself that you would update your review once the refund was received and once your travel plans were good to go. Despite this, the review was not updated.
You initially changed your rating from 1 star to 3 stars and later changed it back to 1 star, claiming that you had not received a refund. Even after the refund was completed, your review now tells others to “avoid this site at all cost” and “return back my money,” which is misleading, as the money has already been refunded.
Over more than 5 years in business, we have received only a very small number of reviews mentioning delays, representing a low percentage compared to the large number of satisfied customers.
