Easy purchase process without login needed + safe delivery
The website & purchase order interface/user experience was no-frills and easy, and the books arrived as promised. Though there was a delay in the delivery timeframe, a followup message alerted me of the expected delay due to high quantity of orders to be processed and shipped. This is completely understandable for a small business that doesn't have a Lazada-scale ecosystem. I will 100% patronise B&B again if any books i have my eye on crop up. Would strongly recommend to every reader I know or anyone looking to give books as gifts I have only one VERY tiny, not-really "complaint" -- my books arrived in bubble wrap even though i had ticked the box opting out of bubble wrap for more eco-friendly paper. But it's also an expected oversight for a tightly-staffed business having to handle large amounts of packages. :)

I saw the site on Instagram's Ads. Immediately ordered books that has been on my list, quite surprised as one of the title is just a rare find (especially for online sites). Some online sites are so expensive anyway. The conditions are as described, and I do like the feel of an old book. I ordered it before public holidays so it is only fair to arrive a little later than the normally expected days. I bought Snow Country by Yasunari Kawabata and Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad at a super affordable price. Will definitely drop by the physical store when I can. God bless.

The online ordering process was smooth, and hassle-free (especially liked how the coding allowed for automatic account creation). Items received in in good order, and rather quickly, considering there were back-to-back bank holidays. Excellent value for money - was pleasantly surprised that a clearance book marked "last chance" looked "like new" (with only some very mild foxing).
