Customer Service First.
First of all, you must improve your turnaround time to complete the process of delivery. In my case, perhaps due to holidays (if this is the main reason) the parcel reached its destination beyond a reasonable time for a short distance - PJ to Ipoh. I was a veteran online customer (shopee and tiktok shop) and I know an estimated time taken. Shopee and Tiktok shop are very good in monitoring the delivery process to ensure their customer satisfied with the service. Thank you.
Speedy Response
Speedy Response The order was made during the long holidays, giving the closure during PH, they reached out to me very fast. I never thought reached out through email and then through whatsapp too ( I forgot to reply to their email). Thank you Anna

Great experience EXCEPT delivery
From browsing, to ordering and ultimately check out was pleasant and painless. Unfortunately, when it came to delivery, the courier company just left it at the common parcel delivery area of my condo with no notifications of delivery and I only came to know of my delivery when the condo management contacted me several days later of uncollected parcels.
