An absolute scam
An absolute scam. I was quoted a price and was paid half of that. They said there were books missing in the order, but they verified the quantity and the books they received was accurate and they still didnt remedy.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Bad web site bragging how easy it is and then instructions TO PACK PACK PACK carefully and then they GIVE ME FREE POSTAGE... but the postage is not enough. One hour trying to get it right and snotty responses that take me as a fool and do the digital mind set like Mario Bros. EVERY STEP with the idiot customer service. Have to start from the beginning every single time. NO ANALOG considerations at all. Just OBEY THE ALGORITHM BECAUSE WE CANNOT THINK, NOR READ, NOR WRITE. If you could put your complaint in emoji form then I could understand. What a joke and a reflection of we are entering the oral phase again. Reading and writing? Poof! Like it never existed.
