The bible I received looked to be in excellent condition, which was a pleasant surprise (said very good but truly looked brand new with no markings). It also came more quickly than I anticipated, which was also great. The price was right, and the packaging was excellent. I would buy from BooksRun again.

Paid extra to have book show up in 3 days. Book got stuck or lost at facility. Had to buy another book for class since it already started and was behind due to poor service. Wanted a refund because book never arrived and was told I could not get one because it was not delivered. Very poor service and policy. Book finally arrived and will be sending back for a full refund and should get a discount back for my other rental for this issue.

I found this company on Google when looking for the best place to sell my textbooks. They had the better quote for my books by a good bit so I looked into them and they seemed to have good reviews. I decided to sell my books to them, shipping the books in the required time frame and after almost 2 weeks, I get confirmation that my payment is pending for a third less than I was quoted. It was essentially the same payment as any other company, which is fine except they claim to use market value after receiving the books to determine payout. This should have been a part of the initial quote, it’s the whole point of giving somebody a quote. So disappointed with my experience with this company and will not be using them again. They just over quote and then pay out a fraction of what they offered and blame it on something that should’ve been considered in the first place. I won’t be selling to them again. Don’t get your hopes up, just use somebody trusted like chegg that actually follows through on their quotes.
