I placed my order on March 3, 2025. I have inquired monthly, if not bi-weekly, for updates on my order. I received a response from Tiffany Thompson stating that she is pushing production to provide an answer on when I can expect to receive my 50mm bottle opener, and she would get back to me. With this being said, she never got back to me, and I had to make more requests. Every time I track my order, it shows 'Processing'. I ordered this for my son's Basic Training Graduation, but it didn't arrive. I was then hoping to have it for his OSUT graduation... nope, still waiting (116 days), and they have stopped responding. Funny, the Army can make an infantry soldier more quickly than this company can send me my product. I have asked for a refund, but I have heard nothing. I ordered from this company a few years ago and loved the product, but this is ridiculous. I hate the fact that I may be out $35.00 and that they are pocketing my hard-earned money. I hate to even say this, but I would not order from this company, and I hope they clean up whatever issues they are having.
I wanted to share what happened to me recently trying to order a product from Bottle Breacher. I am not sure what is going on with this company but I could not get my order delivered to me after almost 2 months. I sent an email via the website and asked them to give me an update on my order from 3/6/2025. I ordered the .50 caliber bullet engraved for my son and I expected it to arrive in a couple of weeks. I ordered multiple items from them at the beginning of 2024 and all my items came within 2 weeks of purchase. I received an email 2 weeks ago from Tiffany Thompson stating she apologizes for the inconvenience but they have no estimated time frame on when my order will be fulfilled. I thought that was strange and horrible simultaneously and I immediately asked for my money back. I received another email a few days later stating they will refund me within 3-5 business days but after 10 business days, I have yet to see any credit to my credit card. The website is still running but everything is out of stock and I find that very strange too. I don't know if something is going on behind the scenes with the owners and that would be unfortunate because their products were great. I hope they get their stuff together and I hope they stay in business. If they are doing this to multiple customers, I have a feeling their days of being in business are coming to an end soon. Eli Crane would be disappointed if that happened.
Amber Wall has bullied a man by interogatting him in why he was in a wheelchair live on social media. Amber Wall is in ownership of this place.
She should not be able to work with the public
The owner Amber Wall, went on tiktok and was EXTREMELY rude to a man in a wheelchair with cerebral palsy. She told him that she knew what cerebral palsy was, and then proceeded to tell him that he isn't disabled, and made fun of his mouth and hand movement saying he was "faking" being disabled. She is an absolute trash human, and from all the other reviews I can see, her business also sucks. So DO NOT order from this company!!!!
I will NEVER support a company with an owner that blatantly disrespects someone with cerebral palsy, or anyone with any disabilities for that matter. And insulting them for not having a wheelchair accessible home as if it were their choice. She is so disrespectful to so many, but being disrespectful to a beautiful disabled human being was crossing the line for me. DO BETTER BE BETTER AMBER.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered in November. After my order showing as processing for over two weeks I emailed the company to which they replied, my order will be shipped on Dec 20th with GUARANTEED arrival before Christmas. Well it still hasn't arrived. Received an email from "CEO" on Dec 24th stating the order will not be there by Christmas but here's 30% off your next order. Ballsy move.
Placed my order Dec 4th. Heard nothing from the company until I contacted them. They responded on the 16th promising that I'd have my order before Xmas and it would ship on the 20th. I never received a tracking number and contacted them on the 22nd. Now it's Dec 24th and I received a copied email from the CEO saying the gifts won't be here in time for Xmas! I checked their website and my order is processing STILL! It hasn't even shipped yet! I'll never use this company again! again
if ordering for Christmas tell them it’s this Christmas
I placed an order with this company on 12-1-23. The order was confirmed that same day. After 10 days with no communication from the company I sent an email. In the email I advised them that I needed the order for a Christmas party on the 17th. The company responded and confirmed that the order was awaiting shipment. Now it’s the 16th and still haven’t received the order. Sent another email inquiring about the status. The company responded that the order was awaiting shipment. They obviously use the Pony Express to ship items. I have ordered from this company before without issue but this will be the last time. They claim to be a veteran owned company which is the reason I ordered from them. I find it difficult to believe an actual veteran owned company would operate in this manner. I suppose I should have told them I needed the items THIS Christmas. If you are in no hurry to receive your items I guess you would be safe ordering from them otherwise I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Love the product but customer service is horrible. I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received it. This is the second order I've made. That package was delayed by about a month. On the last order I had to remind them of the order number because they couldn't find it.
I thought maybe that was just a fluke, but the same thing is happening this order. Sometimes they get back to you, but it's inconsistent. They said they'll send me a shirt to make up for the delay.
My guess is they need to hire more people but are concerned about the extra expense. Not sure if I'll order from them again. If this is veteran owned, the owner must be Private Gomer Pyle.
I placed an order with Bottle Breacher on March 9, 2023, the $63.99 price was charged on my credit card. Then it happened...they will not process my order #288268. When I tried to call them at the numbers noted on their site, ie 520-372-7353(never get callbacks as advertised) & 520-318-5563 (disconnected).
Then I tried emailing to no avail at their three different emails to no avail.
So this morning, March 18, 2023 I called my credit card company & they will refund the $63.99 back to my account. They're still going to conduct an investigation as well.
I've been doing business with Bottle Breacher for about 10yrs or so without a problem. So I don't understand. But the drama is over & I learned a lesson.

Had a few hiccups in the beginning of the order, but the companies customer service bent over backwards to ensure the problem was rectified. Multiple employees to include the new owner made direct contact with me to guarantee everything was corrected. Highly recommend this company, they have a great drive and determination! Can’t wait to receive the amazing products!!!
