There was a pop up after I made my first order asking if I'd like to add a coin to it for $99.99 yet I was charged $299.99 for that coin!!!! I am not happy. I immediately emailed Bradford Exchange from the order email and through the website to cancel this order (since the chat and the phone number didn't have a live agent at the time).

tried to pay my bill 5 times with credit cards that I never have trouble with tired of calling to give information to pay my bill.

I think paying a $12.00 postal charge on a necklace is ridiculous.
The necklace is over $100.00 dollars why is there no free shipping?
I can understand the tax charge.
Between shipping and taxes the $129.00 necklace now is $164.00.
This will be my last Bradford Exchsnge order.

Their shipping charges are deceiving when you add express shipping. They make it look like it's 8.95 for standard or 11.95 for express when in reality it's 8.95 plus 11.95.
