The men who came out and fixed my problem was great and did so in a timely manner. And was great. Your customer service department however has s not so great and was going to make me wait five days to get the internet fixed. That’s ridiculous. And I am paying each day for service I don’t have. That department needs work. And consideration to the customers

The installer arrived ahead of schedule, performed the work quickly but very professionally and had the internet up and running in less than an hour. We were very happy with the service we received!
Horrible at scheduling and customer service
I called four times after they were supposed to show up and install the Internet and they never showed up. They kept having me try and trouble shoot it to fix the Internet but it was never installed in the first place! They keep telling me that I need to just reboot the Internet and it should work, it was never installed. Then the lady trying to fix it for me told me it doesn't matter if it was installed I still had to pay for the month of service from them waiting. I refuse to pay for a service I still hadn't received! I told her to cancel to plan and she said I wasn't allowed and I just needed to troubleshoot with her. I gave up arguing and decided if they try to bill me I'll take it to small claims court. This was the second chance I gave them already when it didn't work in February and I am over trying to get them to install it properly.

Installer was great very nice chatted the whole time. Did a Speedtest afterwards to Carlisle Brightspeed I’m located in Ship and got 8.1gig down and 7.6gig up.

I only gave a four star because the…
I only gave a four star because the guys just threw the fiber cable across my neighbors yard and he just about mowed over it. The fiber was not flagged or marked and you could barely see the fiber line. The guys working were 5 star guys and explained everything very well. The internet worked fantastic when they left. I just think improvements can be made on marking the line if it’s going to lay on top of grass for 2-4 weeks.

Ivan was great and super helpful 5/5 for his install. Only reason it's 4/5 is because I was waiting on an install date for like 2 weeks and so was without internet for that time. I wish there was more upfront communication detailing how long the process would take and not just the vague answer we are waiting for the city.

Bright-Speed Installation, Great!
Brightened truck arrived within the expected windows of time. My window was 8am to 10am. Paul arrived at 8:10 am. Installing took about an hour and 15 mins at the most. The technician was knowledgeable and nice to engage with answering questions involving the installation.

The technician was awesome
The technician was awesome. Came on schedule and worked very quickly and efficiently. Solved a problem with my jack which I'm sure hadn't been used in many years. Also had a very enlightening conversation about education and other things in the world which was A1 in my book considering I'm an educator! So far everything is running well and no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Our installer did an excellent job. She arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable about everything, and kept us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Brightspeed to our friends and neighbors.

Excellent Install
Cameron our tech was awesome. Very considerate about keeping with the time promised. When I told him we were leaving town for a funeral. He was very compassionate about taking care of things as smoothly as possible in a timely manner. Is was easy to connect to as well. Excellent service.

I had to extend my installation time a couple of hours, the installers and tech said that would be fine. They arrived ran a temporary line and setup my tv. The installers were professional and courteous .
