I bought L-Serine at request of my MD. I noticed that the L-Serine turned brown after a few days. I didn't think about calling them for a few weeks as I was trying to figure this out as to why. But, when I did call them...it was past the 30 days. The customer service woman couldn't have cared less and was extremely rude. She had no concern that one of their products had turned brown. This indicates manufacturing problems with this specific product but I wonder about their other products now. I threw it out. I am now buying all my other packages from another company and their L-Serine does not turn brown.
I've been a customer of Bulk Supplements for years, and have never tried to return a product until now. I found out the hard way that their EAA tastes like a mix between burned feathers and vomit. I tried masking the taste with different things, and I couldn't do it. I think there's either something wrong with their formulation, or they got a bad batch. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, because they noted the item is returnable on the website, and online. I heard back from Ashlyn in customer service, who didn't address my concerns, but curtly informed me via email: "Bulksupplements.com is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded. Shipping Insurance is not refundable. We do not taste-test our products, so we cannot guarantee or state how they will taste." She then went on to talk about how the products are tested for purities...which I appreciate when buying, but don't when I'm trying to make a return of something I'm not happy with. I have reoccurring subscription, I attempted to update my adress to a new one, their website will verify its updated. Despite this it will randomly send my order to my old adress. I spoke with "Viridiana" customer service rep, who refused to give me a refund, after their mistake cost me money. Ive attempted to contact them again, but apparently I'm being ignored now. Use caution with their subscriptions, if they make a mistake all you'll get is snarky remarks and then be ignored.
Krill oil was rancid. Customer service tries to gaslight you that the product is fine (when the smell is so bad it makes you gag). Then offers for you to ship it back and they will pay 50% of the item (after 4 emails saying it was ‘completely safe’). The cost of shipping is more than the refund. I am done with this company. Products go rancid – it happens. That was not the issue. The issue was how they handled it. Trying over and over to tell me how safe it was! I asked them if they would eat rancid fish! I would rather pay more for a company that stands behind their product, that does not gaslight customers, that will replace products that are clearly bad. Very, very poor customer service.
I placed this order directly through the official BulkSupplements website at the end of last year, and two of the items have still not arrived. The full payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and I have the transaction record as proof. I have also attached an image showing the relevant order details. It has now been more than six months, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for these products in full, yet I have neither received them nor been given a clear explanation regarding their status. If the two items have not yet been shipped, they must be dispatched immediately, and I expect to receive valid tracking information without further delay. If you are unable to fulfill the order, I expect an immediate full refund for the undelivered items. I am extremely disappointed with the way this order has been handled. Please resolve this matter promptly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Placed an order on May 31st. After 3 weeks with no update I reached out to customer service to ask what's up. They told me it can take up to 6 weeks because of customs. After 6 weeks I contacted again and they said it hasn't updated for 4 weeks so its 'probably' lost in transit. Long story short; I have been waiting without supplements for 2 months and all I have achieved is losing $5 to their 'Shipping insurance' as though I should be responsible for covering the cost of whatever garbage budget carrier they decided to use. Avoid like the plague.

What ever happened to a good company? Great concept, superior quality, the worst customer service and commercial policies. Sending cancelled subscriptions products orders can only mean one thing, they are desperate for cash. No wonder why they moved their e-commerce platform to Shopify and abandoned all customer service means of contact and review options. I even bought their merchandise shirt, darn. You ruined a good thing, fire the CEO, COO.

For months I fought with them to stop shipment delays, finally they got it (packages arriving 10 days late). Now they took payment (on April 20) and package did NOT arrive, it is only two (2) months late.
Was advised not to deal with them as there substances were not pure as they claim. They do not use a third party certify which says it all. Also I purchased a product and went to cancel but there is no cancellation process available on their website. I then sent an email to customer service and requested a cancellation and they didnt respond for 3 days after which time I received a shipping notification and then an email saying we cant cancel because items have been sent. I have since found out that most of the products (if not all) are competitively priced in eBay and Chemist Warehouse. So in summary avoid at all cost as they are a dishonest supply and do not care about you, just want your money.
Bulk supplements is just what the brand name says. They do show up on Consumer Labs as being what they claim they are so I trust the brand. I’ve ordered several times. It is always fast shipping and quality product. Stop wasting money on fancy packages and marketing. Just buy Bulk Supplements and save some Greenbacks.
I received a product from them called beet root extract which I've ordered in the past. It was O K and adequate. It should be ruby red to magenta in color for a quality product. The last shipment was poo brown. When checking the color in itself is substandard product and definitely not quality. They sent me a pdf that confirmed this although called it palatable. The odds of achieving any benefit from it are at best minimal. Once the bag is opened to confirm the contents it is no longer returnable even though pictures of substandard color have been sent to them. This is outright theft packaging this garbage and selling it as beet root supplement.
You can great a deal on a supplement but then they bang you for like $14 shipping lol. Hell no! I made that mistake once and I won’t do again. I try not to give my business to businesses… not Amazon.. but at least with prime u can forego that!
