I called to have the item added, but I was told it could not be added and that the delivery fee on the new item could not be removed. I was also told there was not a coupon code available to waive the $9.99 delivery fee. I found this to be customer-unfriendly, especially considering I had just placed a large order. The customer service representative did not attempt to assist me further. As a result, I purchased the product from another website.
Absolute worst experience with their international customer service. I placed an order (#1467708) to South Africa and purchased their optional shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind. The parcel was permanently seized at the border by regulatory authorities (SAHPRA) because local laws prohibit individuals from importing vitamins that are already locally available. I provided BulkSupplements with the direct email chain and written proof from the South African health authorities confirming that the items are legally denied entry. Their response? They hid behind a generic Terms & Conditions script, refused a refund, and claimed the package was "abandoned"—completely ignoring a government confiscation. Industry leaders like Amazon actively block these exact health supplements from being shipped to South Africa because they responsibly recognize that border failure is guaranteed. BulkSupplements ignores this known risk, leaves their checkout lines wide open to capture international revenue, and targets buyers with a useless "insurance" add-on that they refuse to honor when the predictable happens. If you are an international buyer, stay far away. They will take your money, sell you fake security, and leave you holding 100% of the financial loss.
I had cancled an order over the phone and was told I was clear to reissue the order. Both the cancled order and reissued order arrived and I was charged for both. Customer service was curt and unwilling.
I'm giving 1 star because I can't choose 0 stars! This is not a legitimate company because it advertises heavily online in Peru despite the fact that (as I've since found out) you can't import supplements to Peru without a mountain of paperwork and a prescription. Left with no other choice I filled in the paperwork and got a prescription and even then Customs rejected it and refused to release it. I told BulkSupplements this but they said I should have read the small print in their T&Cs which states that customers have to research import restrictions. But they aren't a serious company because when I suggested that, now that they know about these restrictions even if they didn't know them before (which is highly questionable), they should either stop selling in Peru or put a warning for customers before purchase, they said they didn't need to because customers should do their own research. I advise avoiding this company like the plague. You might think you're getting relatively cheap supplements but you might end up with nothing and Customer Services is just there to keep fobbing you off with platitudes until you run out of energy.
Totally untrustworthy. They sneak a “shipping insurance” charge into your cart without notice or consent, and even if you then manually remove it, they still charge you. Apparently, after you remove it from your cart, you have to ALSO uncheck the box BELOW the payment button. Totally bizarre. Never seen anything like that in 20 years of shopping online. If they’re doing sleazy things like that where you can see it, I don’t want to think about the sleaze happening behind the scenes with their products. I wouldn’t touch a supplement from them without a lab report.

Bought some r ala off them a supplement im very familiar with, normally it has a strong sulfer like smell and distinctive taste plus makes my pee smell lol. This stuff however must have been extremely cut smelled sweet had no effect on me bought 50 bucks worth of garbage.

Avoid this product. I purchased the pistachio-flavoured Whey Protein Isolate along with 2.5kg of unflavoured, and the pistachio flavour is overwhelmingly artificial—so much so that I can’t even tolerate a 5g serving. When I raised the issue, Bulk’s only response was to offer a return and refund, with no real acknowledgment of the product quality. Very disappointing. This was my first purchase from Bulk, and it will be my last.

Customer service had no empathy or skills with communication. Very curt and rude for an error that they made. No apology or 'let me help correct that for you'... did not care at all. Purchase at own risk and allow for *double the timing* that you need to receive product.
I purchased a bulk supply of a premium high-cost ingredient and was sent short-dated inventory. As this is non-conforming to our standards, I contacted customer support and was told it is their policy to ship product with as little as 6 months until expiration. Prospective Wholesale and B2B clients should strongly consider whether they can assume this risk.

Ordered $300+ of supplements with DDP shipping to Morocco advertised as duties paid, customs cleared, delivered to door. Package blocked by Moroccan customs requiring DMP pharmaceutical authorization. BulkSupplements response: 'We do not assist with applying a custom broker.' They told me to refuse the shipment myself despite paying for DDP clearance. Additionally this company is currently facing a class action lawsuit (2024-2025) for selling magnesium oxide as magnesium glycinate exactly what other reviewers experienced. 46% of Trustpilot reviews are 1 star. International customers: DDP to Morocco does not work as advertised. Domestic US customers: verify your magnesium glycinate isn't actually magnesium oxide. Order #1566448
