Compromised and unsafe product quality

I purchased Ajuga Turkest Extract Powder (500 g) and Cnidium Fruit Extract from BulkSupplements, and the products I received appears to be compromised and unfit for consumption. Immediately upon opening and testing the products, I observed several serious quality issues: -A chemical and metallic smell and taste, which is not consistent with a natural plant extract -A musty, cellar-like odor, strongly suggesting moisture exposure or degradation -Severe clumping of the powder that cannot be explained by normal settling -Abnormal behavior in water testing, including partial floating, uneven sedimentation, and the formation of a cloudy film on the surface These issues are documented with photographs and are not consistent with a fresh, properly stored, or safe dietary supplement. Taken together, they raise serious concerns about oxidation, moisture damage, or possible contamination regardless of the stated expiration date and provided COA, which does not address storage, transport, or handling conditions after production, and it can't rule out later degradation or compromise of the product I actually received. Due to these findings, I immediately discontinued use. I consider these products defective and not of acceptable quality, especially for something intended for ingestion. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in BulkSupplements’ quality control and storage practices and I would urge anybody to consider buying from them. Look at other reviews. At minimum, I expect greater transparency, better handling of sensitive extracts, and proper accountability when a product is clearly compromised. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bulksupplements

No order confirmation email

No order confirmation email, dodgy tracking number that doesn't work, no product received after three weeks. Charged me more than what was shown in the checkout, $80 down the drain. terrible.

It’s been a month. No product recieved. $180 lost. Zero customer service. Do not waste your money . Credit card contacted.

Poor Customer Service

Spoke to Jacob Melendez on site discrepancy in pricing. Provided screen captures and reiterated the same on subsequent conversations. He highlighted some areas to prove his point but failed to see information above his highlighted areas proving he is wrong. Refused to do anything about. Wast of time so i told him i am dropping it as my time is way more valuable than going back and forth?

Avoid like the plague

Worst customer service ever. I order the organic stevia leaf powder and received something that looked and tasted like soil. I emailed them and they refused to refund so I asked the sales rep to escalate to a manager. They didn't replied, so i emailed them again and AGAIN they didn't bother to respond. Textbook definition of shamelessness. This company deserves to go bankrupt. Avoid like the plague.

Superior Products, Extremely Fast Delivery, Great Pricing

I was referred to Bulk supplements by a friend and was hesitant to order since the shipment originated outside of Canada. I ordered from a local company as well as a backup. The shipment from Bulk Supplements arrived in 2 days. The local shipment took 4 days to get here! Totally blown away by how fast it was. The product is superior to the precious brands of NMN I have tried. Can't wait to order all my supplements from them in the future. Even with shipping it is HALF the price of what I was paying! So glad I listened and tried them out.

Fine…. Shipping from USA gets slower and slower but products arrived fine and dependable.

Products are inconsistent

Some of their products are of inconsistent quality, colours of extracts change from order to order, powders are often different grades of grind, sometimes super fine and other times quite course. I have been ordering from them for several years and have noticed these inconsistencies over time. As I'm a small player and located overseas my emails often get ignored. But on the upside postage is reasonable and very quick if you go express.

Did not receive my order and lost 160 USD

I ordered supplements for 160 USD to be sent to my home in Malaysia. Customs confiscated the goods as they exceeded the allowable quantity. When I contacted BulkSupplements, they simply said that if the order was not delivered for any reason, they would not give any refund. This is appalling customer service as they should check restrictions for the countries they are shipping to and could attempt to retrieve the goods from customs, or at least offer a partial refund. I feel badly cheated by a company with no ethics. Disgusted.

So bad it feels like a scam

So bad it feels like a scam. Could not deliver to me, sent the return around the continent to return to themselves, and still haven't issued a refund more than a month after it should have been delivered to me. They are sending thousands of kilometers in the wrong direction trying to return it to themselves, so I'm guessing it'll take another month to get back to them, then they said its another 1-2 months to process the refund, after which they may deduct fees for all the extra shipping from my refund. So I have to wait 4 months to lose money on my order without getting anything? Scam.
