Company reached out to solve concern...

I'm updating my ratings as company reached out and solved my concern. Unfortunately, I did not see any significant improvement with the hair serum as others have. I chose the serum after watching several photos and video reviews with impressive results, but this product was not for me. I got the auto-replenish which requires you to complete a minimum of three delivery cycles to be able to cancel or pause your subscription. I requested my subscription to be cancelled because I had not seen any changes. The company reached out to me and diligently cancelled my subscription for my last delivery, so I appreciate their working with me to solve my concern.

Put customers first

Allow customers to buy the Calecim serum online. Why force us to go through doctors who double the price. Many of us don’t even have aesthetics doctors.

Product did not work for me

Product did not work for me. I used it for 6 months as per instructions but my dark spots did not lighten.

Smell of skin serum is awful. Hair product does work.

It's a little too early to determine how much a difference this product is making on my skin but thus far my comment is that it smells horrible. ADDENDUM: This group of reviews is confusing because it mixes up skin and hair products. If Trustpilot wishes to get a meaningful review of these products then it is important to have separarte revies for separate products. My review is written for the skin serum. But some of these reviews posted are for the hair system product. I also have the hair product and thus far I am quite pleased. But once again, the skin serum smells awful, which discourages me from using it twice a day as recommended.

Do not use if you have skin cancer or precancerous spots! I did and it very quickly tuned to full blown skin cancer which needed expensive and difficult surgery. There was no warning on the website against using the product with such a condition. I contacted customer service to ask them to be clear about this to others, but wasn't sure they would do it. So wanted to write a review in hopes it might help others

Ollie in customer care has been great

Ollie has been really helpful at dealing with my issues and although I’m still waiting for hopeful positive results from the hair system and feeling frustrated about it, with his understanding and guidance I am happy to continue for another 6 weeks and I feel a lot better knowing there’s an actual person who I can communicate with.

Completed the first course and noticed positive results, have now ordered the follow on course, so will see in another 3 months if the progress has continued. Expensive, but so far so good.

I purchased a couple of starter kits

I purchased a couple of starter kits, and was able to consistently use nearly all of their products for the past 6 weeks. I did purchase the Pro Serum but have not yet used it in order to better assess the other products first. My combination skin is in fairly good condition, I am mid 40s. I do have larger pores on T-zone, small hyperpigmentation spots and some tiny broken capillaries on nose and cheeks. I do not have major wrinkles but do have a tiny bit of sagging. Multi-Action Cream is excellent and does provide same-day firming results. After using it for 6 weeks, day and evening, I do see my face having a noticeable increased tone. I am very pleased. The cream provides plenty of hydration and emollience - it is now my only moisturizer during the day. I carefully use it under eyes and helps to tone that area too, which I am elated about. Yes, I'd recommend it to a friend. Pro Pigment Solution - I do have a handful of new tiny sun spots on cheeks and nose. I apply this serum directly to clean damp skin as hyperpigmentation is my number one priority to correct. Frankly, I have not seen this product to be effective to correct or diminish my spots. I will continue to use as it has only been 1.5 months, and see what improvements might be achieved after 3-4 months of use. While it has worked for many, I hear, I would not recommend it strongly. Recovery Night Complex - this I realized works best when layered on top of all Calecim regimen. At first, I layered it directly onto clean skin thinking that I did not want to waste the highest concentration of factors (besides the professional serum), but heard in an interview with Calecim to use it to "seal in" the rest. Wow, that made a difference. This product is very helpful in any irritation from tretinoin. It has helped me improve the quality of my neck skin. Yes, would recommend for a few times per week. Restorative Hydration Cream - I enjoy this lighter product, especially in the under-eye area. That said, the MAC provides enough hydration for me although too emollient for warmer days. So, I may use this hydration cream during warm weather. Professional Serum - I am waiting for a peel or professional exfoliation (I do not do surgical procedures) to use it. Perhaps, I will use it once all of the other products get me to a new plateau.

I am very impressed with the results so far

The product presentation is excellent, and the delivery was very prompt. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because I don’t think the guidance that comes with the product is enough and I had to refer to YouTube videos to get a better idea of what to do. I have found it tricky removing the lid from the small bottles of serum, however, once under way I have found the serum easy to apply with no smell at all. I have just completed the first 6 weeks of application and I can see a real difference in hair growth and thickness but I will still do the twice weekly applications for another 6 weeks. I am very pleased with the results so far.

This is the only skin care that works…

This is the only skin care that works when it comes to claiming it can achieve to make wrinkles diminish gradually and minimise melasma. It’s super powerful when it comes to removing scars from either acne and slowly lifting pigmentation. It has filled the losse skin on my cheeks that I have been treating after losing too much previously because I became so thin when I had surgery in 2017. I cannot say more. This creams has saved me money because it really works. It’s science at its finest. Thank You at Calecim.
