I never received my package. They use the USPS. I received a notice my order was delivered to a parcel locker. When. I checked it was empty. For the prices they charge, they should be using FedEx or UPS. with delivery to your door. I'm out $360.

Not only did this do nothing, the support team kept telling me to purchase more and more months since "the scientists are seeing progress". In the end, comparing before/after photos after 8 months, there was no positive results, only worsening. I think in theory this product is good, but sadly didn't work for me. If they didn't keep asking me to reorder, I would have left a more positive review.

CALECIM HAIR SYSTEM I have tried the hair system product after watching a successful review of a UTUBER about her father/husband hair. I have hormonal hair loss with shedding and thinning due to age. Product is very expensive that's why I have applied it mainly at the front. I am afraid it didn't do much for me at all considering that I have already baby hair growth from a cheaper caffeine products. Maybe worth a try as everyone is different but it is an expensive experiment.
Hi Lucy I’m afraid you might have stopped too soon for the product to show its full results. The baby hairs are just a start of more growth. And most customers are overjoyed when they see the baby hairs on areas when none were growing there for so long. Though we say that results can be seen at 6-12 weeks, it is by no means the ‘peak’ of its progress. Consistency is key in getting more fill-in for thinning areas.
I think this product can be really good for some people as I have seen some fantastic evidence based results. However I had a reaction to it so it's not for me.
I'm not seeing any new hair growth. I'm going to use the last of the serum which should take 3 months if there's a change then I will become your biggest advocate and sales person.
I have tried to make payment with PayPal . Then I was suddenly redirected to their site and asked to put credit card details . This means they are misleading you into thinking you are paying with PayPal and take your card details. Also this way you have no customer protection and it is difficult to get your money back if they ship nothing . Lastly their prices are without tax so price 77 € for the cream is actually 98€ which you only see in the last step. Very suspicious practices and unusual for a legit company . I will pass.

With these specialty, high end products it’s simply too soon to submit a query for effectiveness, gauge of results, etc. as an older woman who has tried nearly all medical grade skincare, I’d appreciate more time to judge the products. Customer service and communication is definitely a 5/5 even compared to other brands I use such as SkinMedica and SkinCeuticals as well as in office treatments and as a nurse I have positive vibes from Calecim and have recommended to some physicians I know, but need more time to judge the products. I’m a longtime user of SkinMedica and find it hard to see results better with other products, but hold out hope with yours based on your more pleasant, efficient, and easier ordering process and mailing time.
Just to update the comment (I have use the product for professional solution pigment for the pigmatintion on my skin more that 6 months but l haven’t found any differenent , l will carry to complete all tje container and update my comment if l doubd something good 🤔, l would like to add mainton that tje custmor services help me becouse l lost my parcel but it’s lime to sort it out .my clinic they are recommend this product if they not l didn’t use it because there’s no change.) . Well l have received an email that saying (We would be happy to offer a refund of your latest order if you would be willing to remove the review.) 😡 The request to remove my comment instead of refunding my money was ridiculous. Seeing a business resort to such tactics is disheartening. Rather than cheating, you should focus on improving their product and maintaining a good reputation. I have been using the face products for almost 2 years now. It did make a big difference in making my 67 year old skin softer. I will continue to use them. I would like an additional product specifically for deep wrinkles and crepe skin. Hoping that comes out soon as I would definitely use it.
I have been on calecim for 5 weeks and have seen no improvement to my telogen effluvium and no new growth. I already bought a second batch to try and will update my review after 12 weeks
Hi Alana, Thank you for trusting us with your hair. You are still early on in your hair journey. It takes 6-12 weeks for results to show. Some people have great results at 6 weeks. Others start showing signs of improvement at 12 weeks. How fast you get results also depends on how long you have been suffering from hair loss and the stage of hair loss you are at. It is of course easier to start reversing the loss the earlier you start treatment. We would love to hear back again from you in a few weeks.
After reading an article in the daily mail claiming these products were incredible, I ordered the 50g jar of multi action cream and 2 x the professional serum. As I had paid c £300, that entitled me to a free 20g jar of the cream and a free vial of serum. I used the freebie first to try out the products. For the first two weeks my skin looked good, but then the skin started to redden and dry out. The skin felt tight and sore. I wrote to customer services requesting a refund if I returned the full size, unopened products. They agreed and sent me a link, which, when I clicked on it, advised me I was 'out of time'. When I asked customer services to override this, they played the 'computer says no' card - just expecting me to write off £300, with products I cannot use! They also tried to blame my skin, advising me I had suffered an allergic reaction (would that not have happened on immediate use of the product?), and that I had problems with my skin before I used this product. Yes, seriously!! Some faceless drone at the end of the keyboard, who has never met me, never seen my skin and has no idea that no other products have ever had this result, advised me that I have existing skin conditions!!! I would not touch this company with a barge-pole and I am now looking at ways to recover my money.
