What people say

Product not dispatched

EDIT (1/31/25): The product finally arrived and I received a $50 refund from customer support. Still disappointed at the experience but grateful they offered a discount. I ordered their hair serum on 13 Jan. It is now 22 Jan and it still hasn't been shipped, I have been provided with a USPS tracking number but the tracking number still says 'pre shipment'. I asked for a partial refund (since this is a $300 product) and was offered money off my next order. At this rate I won't be ordering again given it has been 10 days and I still don't have the product. A bit insane the service is so bad considering the price tag.

Irritated Skin and Hasn’t Healed in over 2 months

I’ve gotten RF Microneedling done 5 times before and on the 6th time I wanted to try to up level my results with the professional serum. The website has a lot of information that states is safe to use after an in-office procedure. I used this in combination with the recovery night complex and it left my skin red and irritated for now 60 days after my procedure. I went to see my practitioner for a follow up appointment and was told that my skin was too irritated to get a follow-up Microneedling done when you’re supposed to do these sessions about 6-8 weeks apart. Really disappointed in the results and hope that my skin can recover from this.

Calecim Advanced Hair with PTT-6 junk

Calecim Advanced Hair with PTT-6 is garbage. While the company makes all these wonderful claims for it, it does nothing for hair. They say there is a 95% success rate. What does that mean? Based on reports here and other sites no one, zero people have had any success. It is also mis advertises as having stem cells. It does not according to the box though NO proof stem cells do anything for human hair growth. I have reviewed the studies they refer to. The two studies I saw are far away from being reputable studies. I even emailed the lead "researcher" about his study and he did not return my messages. The company says use a derma roller with this product derived from Deer! Derma rollers by themselves have proven to increase hair growth in 11% in one study. Maybe that is the reason some have slight improvements. Deer inflammatory proteins, growth factors and other products work on human hair? Let's see the proof. I tried it but after doing research and seeing zero results I realized the product is useless. Save your money. I wonder when others will realize this company has no basis for its products in my opinion. (I do not know my order number. Knowing it would not improve the results of your dubious product would it??) It is my impression your product takes advantage of those people wantvto save their hair. I have nothing but contempt for your mis stated results from its use. Take your products off the market. Singapore company I see.

Dear Pablo, Thank you for spending so much time reviewing our data and literature. Your feedback means a lot to us. We regret that your experience, if you indeed had one, with our brand has not met expectations. We have asked repeatedly for an order number so we can track your usage and time frame but you have not provided one. I see you have left not one but two negative reviews so this must weigh very heavily on your mind. Please allow us to get back to you and give you all the information you would like if you could reply to us.

They will not let me cancel my subscription until I have "completed 3 subscription cycles". I'm pretty sure this predatory practice is illegal. Buyer beware!!!

This is another snake oil

This is another snake oil. I have tried it for over 8 weeks. No sign if improved hair and not the slightest new hair growth. If a person researches it, they will find nothing back up the claims of growth in 6-12 weeks. The company in my opinion has created some suspicious websites promoting the benefits that sound just like words on the Calecim website. Everyone out to make money on the new buzz word, stem cells. Save your money, there is no proof of benefit. To Calecim, since you claim 95% success, where are the studies? Oh, they are "your" studies. I remain skeptical of the positive reviews. I have seen countless people state the hair serum did not work.

Professional serum works well but have…

Professional serum works well but have realistic expectations. A lot of exaggerated claims online - it’s good but not magic. That being said, the bottle so super tiny and the price point is non-sustainable long term. I stocked up during the Black Friday sale as my skin is recovering from issues but I probably won’t repurchase due to combination of high price, tiny amount and good but not mind blowing results.

Like the idea. Creams not good for me. Serum ok.

This is a product review, not a customer service review. Hair serum: good. I used one kit to help regrow hair after extensions pulled out mine. There was some regrowth. However, it was short lived. No regrowth in one patch at front hairline. Maybe if I continued on for 2-3 more cycles? Serum: used one ampule after Morpheus8. I developed insane acne (I have never had acne) for about 10 days. After that, I received comments about how pretty my skin is. Multi action cream; I used one 20g jar after Morpheus and serum. All seemed well. I had to stay indoors most of that time healing from Morpheus so I wasn’t in the sun. But how much was product and how much was Morpheus? I was willing to give enough credit to Calecim to order more serum that winter (still have not used it) and 1.5 years later I just started multi action cream again, as well as the eye cream. Why 2 stars? Use with caution. As far as I can tell from the website, both creams contain citric and or lactic acids. That explains the instant skin brightening. It’s not the PTT6. Both of those acids cause photo sensitivity, and citric acids drive hyperpigmentation (brown sun spots). any responsible dermatologist will tell you that. Because Calecim is a face cream claiming that it can combat hyperpigmentation and truly heals the skin with growth factors, Calecim has a special obligation to make clear the inclusion of these ingredients and the potential for issues layering them, and especially applying them during the day, every day. They are not listed as actives and I had to dig a little to find them in the list. Lactic acid absolutely should be listed as an active. My face turned bright red and felt sunburned all day. I have an acid burn at the corner of my right eye and one on each side of my nose bridge where it meets the eye sockets after one day of using the eye cream and multi action cream together. The tissue surrounding my eyes, including the “water line” were blood angry red the whole day. Had I known there were acids in these products I would not have purchased them. I would have stuck to the serum. I also would not have applied them the afternoon after I had sampled a bakuchiol eye cream. (I showered in between applications) I suspect the Exosomes are effective. But the formulation is not right for me, and it’s too difficult to tell if the bright and tight results are driven by the acids or the Exosomes. I’m going to continue with the serum I have and see how that works. I have hope because it’s just plain serum. READ the ingredients carefully. Not just the actives section. You have to click on a different section to see ALL.

Hi Jane, The concentrations of lactic acid in Multi action cream , & citric acid in Restorative Hydration Cream, are 0.0585% & 0.0084% respectively. You may want to note that these are at very low concentrations in the formulations and are purely intended to provide stabilisation of the product’s pH which prevents the products from degradation/separation In addition, certain other named acids such as Oleic acid, Linoleic acid, etc. are actually refering to the fatty acids or lipids which form the backbone of the naturally formed PTT6 exosomes, and form the composition for the transepidermal delivery system found in both the creams. We appreciate you looking so closely at our formulation but feel the need to point out that your conclusions are likely to be flawed.

Delivery and ease of order was great

Delivery and ease of order was great. Got quite a few samples which was really nice. I am early in the treatment of my skin so I am hoping in a few weeks I will see a marked difference. The serum smell I have to say isn't nice but my skin does like the serum and it feels really nourished from the first use. I am hoping to treat skin texture and wrinkles and hopefully it can impact my rosacea ....time will tell

Tried to cancel subscription because…

Tried to cancel subscription because the product smells really bad/like it is rotten. I was informed that I can’t cancel until I receive and pay for 3 deliveries. This item is extremely expensive and I question the quality.

Not good at all

The hair serum made my scalp really dry and caused more hair loss ..I would've gave it a zero but couldn't .

Dear Mr. Aston, Thank you for giving our product a try. We were optimistic that it would work for a wide range of users within the mild to moderate stage of hair loss. Our multiple clinical studies had been optimistic with a 95% success rate among users, both men and women. We are sorry it did not work for you. We would like to contact you for more information about your type of hair loss and usage and would appreciate any information you can supply.
