My 4 star rating is purely based on my customer service experience with Meena. Meena kept me updated throughout my issue process and started the replacement process as the tech team was reviewing my issue. Thank you, Meena! For the pillow itself, I give it a 3. The vibrations are not as strong as I would like but when it worked, the heat and neck traction were nice. The delivery time took much longer than I expected and the original tracking number that was provided was changed but I was not notified.
