I had an excellent experience with Callixe. Their therapy pillows are exceptionally well made and provide outstanding comfort, relaxation, and pain relief. The quality exceeded my expectations and has made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. Their customer service was equally impressive. Meena was very helpful in replacing the pillow i that did not work. I have only used it once since I received the replacement and so far so good!

I ordered the Thera Pillow on impulse after getting a instagram ad for it. The pillow itself is well made, but unfortunately it did nothing for my neck, so I had to return it. I emailed their support contact, and the representative who helped me, Meena, was super helpful in explaining how the process works (and confirming clarifying questions that I had). I was responsible for return shipping and costs, but after I sent her a copy of the receipt, she was able to get the refund processed for me. I’d say 2.5 stars for the product but 5 stars for customer service.

I had to call the customer service number regarding an order that had been placed. Emily was so helpful, and was able to cancel an order that had mistakenly been placed twice. I had not been able to locate the original package, so she sent my questions on to Cher for further assistance. I received a quick response (over the holiday weekend) that helped me find the package. I was so impressed with their concern, help and the outstanding customer service that they gave, as well as the follow up Cher provided.

Customer service was excellent - unusually attentive and helpful with a return recently. I was having a problem with the Thera-pillow and Mhariel responded very quickly and walked me through the process every step of the way. Defective product. No reply at all on support or refund. SCAM COMPANY EDIT: Of course, there is "no order number," what a joke of a "company." Here you go! So you can do nothing and not reply like usual Order #CAL181412 Also reported to the BBB so they can stop SCAMMING people.

I had a difficult time ordering from Alaska. We only have a PO Box and no house number, but I was able to get this resolved through their customer service department. Fast forward three weeks and my neck massager has been used by my husband and son. We all love the pillow so much I decided to order another pillow for my son and two back pillows. I tried ordering again but once again I couldn’t complete the transaction due to my mailing address. I received a follow up message from Callixe and told them my sad story. Enter customer service agent, Meena, who was a huge help and just easy to work with. I’ve never had a customer service agent go above and beyond this way! I am now awaiting the order which was shipped successfully after Meena’s help. I have been recommending this company and their products to friends and family. I was nervous about what to expect but the quality is there and I can easily turn my head side to side without pain.

Make sure you get the brand name There is a Chines version that is copied. I get a refund when it did not say Callixe I love it. Helps my neck tremendously

I enjoy this pillow. However it does not realign neck as previewed. The kneading part of the message is the best part of the whole experience. My husband enjoys it too. I only wish it went further down. I ordered 2 eye masks only received 1 never was sent the second one.

I love this product. It does everything it says and more! My neck is really feeling better because of this pillow. I have fallen asleep on it twice. LOVE the traction on it. You feel your disc almost decompressing when you use it. Do not hesitate to get it, you will be so glad you did! Also, their customer service is wonderful too.

Cher and Emily were great to work with. Proactive communication and diligent work to get a replacement pillow sent to me after the charging port broke on my first pillow. 4 stars because it took several days to get approval for a new pillow to be sent. And took several more days for the pillow to arrive at my home.

Received the pillow and it does work like it states. However I believe my personal pain might be a little more serious. So I reached out to return it and in less than 24 hours Meena respond with two options complete refund when returned or keep it and receive a partial refund. This company has far exceeded my expectations and Meena made that possible by the great customer service received!!! I honestly can’t say enough good things because as someone who purchases many things not every company makes sure you’re satisfied and is this helpful. Thank you Meena🙂

I had a concern with my neck below, which had nothing to do with the pillow itself because I actually love it! It was more about the packaging when it was delivered.
