When I received my order, there was some confusion with what I ordered and what I received. But after a few email exchanges, we worked it out and they replaced my entire order! Their customer service was outstanding!

I ordered the Independence Flame stretch Apple Watch strap and the Platinum Demure stretch Apple Watch strap. They came and are absolutely beautiful. They transform your Apple Watch to a lovely piece of jewelry. I emailed customer service and Anna couldn’t have been more helpful with prompt professional responses.

These watch straps are truly beautiful and unique. Yes, there is a wait to receive them but when they arrived I was really impressed with the style and quality.
I have also bought some of the bracelets with meaningful words and am looking at your earrings and bag charms next.

I love my new watch strap. It is very comfortable to wear and allows your skin to breathe under it. No nasty rashes. It is easy to slip on and off. I love the part that connects to the watch face, it is very striking. The colour of my stones is more brown than the one shown on the website, I did like the bluer shade. However, because it is natural stone this is to be expected. I hope to order a different strap soon so they can be interchangeable.

Beautiful accessory for Apple watches
Beautiful accessory for Apple watches. I often thought how nice it would be to have nice apple watch band especially for my Son's wedding as the plastic apple bands are not what you would call elegant. I discovered Cape Diablo and ordered 2 wrap around bands which were beautiful but did not suit my small wrist. Contacted Cape Diablo and Alyanna helped me through the process of exchanging the bands. I ordered the Platinum Eclipse Stretch Band which is very stylish and elegant, I have received many compliments. I also purchased the Imperial Earth Jasper Band which I have not worn as yet but it is a beautiful band of cream and brown beads. Highly recommend the product and the company. Just a note to be aware of the currency difference when ordering as Cape Diablo is an American company and I ordered from Australia.

I own several Cape Diablo watch bands…
I own several Cape Diablo watch bands and always get remarks on how beautiful they are and I then refer them to Diablo.
If I had issues as I did recently with adjusting the band I got quick response.
The workmanship and designs are colorful and you can find anything to add to your wardrobe.

Order #784921. The watch bands I received are nothing…
The watch bands I received are nothing like the colors I ordered. I understand maybe the exact color might not be available but why not let someone know how different the beads will be, and give a chance to change for a different one. The turquoise is not close to the blue you showed and the shade of pink I received is more like a purple. Very disappointed! Was hoping to order more but that will not happen.

Excellent Customer Service and Products
I ordered a Platinum Noir Stretch Apple Watch Strap. I love it, but unfortunately, one of the chains broke. I immediately wrote to Cape Diablo's customer service to discuss how to repair the chain.
Anna, a customer service representative, was extremely helpful. She was able to assist me, and Anna approved for me to receive another watch strap. I received it timely, and free of charge for the item and shipping.
I have 4 Cape Diablo watch straps, and I love every one of them. I have been so impressed by the inventory, and highly impressed by their customer service. This was the first time I ever used their customer service; the straps I have purchased have never broken before.
I recommend this company to anyone who has an Apple Watch. This is my go-to company for my Apple Watch. I get tons of compliments on my watch straps, and I can guarantee you won't regret it!
