I submitted several enquiries about a Kia Sorento through this website, but my experience was very disappointing. I only received a few short WhatsApp messages from different people who couldn’t answer my questions or provide detailed information about the vehicle. There is no proper way to communicate directly with the seller, which makes it very difficult to make an informed decision. The vehicle listings also lack important information, such as service history, accident history, number of keys, gearbox condition, maintenance records, and other essential details that buyers need before considering a purchase. In my opinion, this website needs much better customer support, more transparent vehicle information, and a proper communication system between buyers and sellers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Worst experience EVER. Dont go to car guru if you want service We got a car just yesterday by hook or by crook. No communications What so ever the car got dumped at end of road. With keys thrown under the rug . Not Even a text to say been delieved. Also when buy luck we reliese its been dropped off. There was fualty windows so the rear window does not close ... Seriously clueless. It be last time im buying a car with this company.

I recently chose a car to purchase on…
I recently chose a car to purchase on the Car Gurus site which included the delivery cost in the total cost of the car, so I placed a £200 deposit for car to reserve it but the dealer also asked me to pay another £300 to cover delivery making a total payment of £500. The car was never delivered and the dealer is keeping my deposit. The dealer is Drivewise NW Ltd.
