The platform itself is very helpful however they could do with vetting the sellers more carefully. We have had a months of nothing but grief trying to get a promised repair paid for to the point that we asked for an appointment to return the car for a full refund. Very disappointing.

Car Guru enquiry was hacked
My genuine enquiry was somehow diverted to a hacker who e mailed me pretending to be a car dealer. He offered me 15% discount on the advertised price. I had questions so phoned the dealership rather than reply to the fraudulent email and thats how I discovered the hack. It's completely put me off buying a car online

How to buy a car.
A very honest seller, we arranged to visit and travelled 180 miles from North Devon to Brighton. Saw the car, which was one owner with full service history and very low mileage. We could see that the service had been done in accordance with Fiat and that only genuine Fiat oil and parts had been used. The car was purchased and we arranged to return a few days later to pick it up. We have no hesitation in recommending this garage.

A very friendly and helpful experience. . Took both our cars in part ex giving a fair exchange price Discovered slight problem with a tyre within first few days . This was rectified immediately and tyre replaced. Excellent service by mechanics especially Ben. Thank you also to sales staff for making the switchover so simple and stress free
