I was lied to about the rates. I was lied to about hidden fees. I was lied to about the amount of overpayment I would be receiving back. And when I called to ask what was going on they transfered me to a dead line and never called back. I highly regret using this company.

It got done
Well, the process was easy enough even though I had submitted my documents like 3 or 4 times. They kept saying they didn't get them. Also,on the Credit karma app I have I clicked in the interest rate of 5.14 and they had trouble finding that. Eventually I got a 5.8...... And I wasnt told about the fees that I was to be chargesd 840$ worth. So only 3 stars.
This was a very fast no hassle process very friendly and easy to work with

My loan officer scoured the web, looking everywhere for the best refi lender. I'm super happy with the offer I got! It's saved me a lot of $$. He was easy to deal with in every way. I will recommend to others for sure.

Should have been more up front about everything. The delay from them cost me a whole other payment. They managed to cost me money. If this resolves maybe I'll be willing to give another star as of now check out better options.

The whole experience was horrible
The whole experience was horrible. They wanted to keep running my credit after they did it and had me submit all my documents. This company played with my time and credit. Then had the nerve to call me 07/30/2026 telling me to unlock my credit profile. Hell No!

Great Experience
Isaiah made this process of refinancing my vehicle seamless. I appreciate everything he did to assist. When the first offer seemed like it would fall through he didn't hesitate to have a backup plan ready to go and I still refinanced at a better rate than I was at. He even offered advice for when to return to possibly get back down to that lower rate in the future. Loan funded quickly once he got everything over to the lender. Would definitely do business with Isaiah and Caribou again.

Refinancing my car through Caribou was amazingly easy!
I wanted to refinance my car loan to get a lower payment. I found Caribou on Credit Karma, and it offered me a lower interest rate and a lower payment. It only took FOUR DAYS from the time I contacted Caribou to when I signed a better contract with a third-party lender! The people I worked with were very responsive and knowledgeable. The process was very easy, and Caribou sent status emails throughout to let me know the expected next steps. Caribou also sent me an email to notify me when they sent the payment to my old lender. I have refinanced my car a couple of times, but no other lenders notified me about payment of the old loan. (I just had to keep contacting my old lender to check the status of the old loan repayment.). Caribou is the BEST - in service, interest rates and payment options!!
