All of the items are of excellent quality! The shirts are super soft, true to size, and durable. Nothing is plastic unless it's truly supposed to be- otherwise items are wood, cloth, metal, ceramic, or porcelain. Only one time the screen print on a water bottle was smudged, I made a passing comment about it in the monthly feedback survey and they sent a new one to me, no questions asked! Anytime I've emailed customer support I'd get a response from an actual person within a day and seem thrilled to help with any questions or concerns. The only complaint (from my cats) is that the toys are bigger than they'd prefer to play with.
Whether for the cat mom or dad or for the fur babies, you cant go wrong
Whether stuff for the cat mom or dad or stuff for the fur babies, Cat Lady Box always sends great stuff. Love the t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc. and the toys for the fur babies keeps them entertained. And if something is not right with something in the box, Cat Lady Box will make it right.
I love getting my box every month. I have one cat that uses the box for bed. I put it in a square basket every month, so she gets new smells once a month.
The anticipation of the monthly box of goodies is exciting. I look forward to the t-shirts every month. The products for me and cat toys are purrfect. And as a bonus my cats get to lay in a catnip scented box. The administration workers are very nice and helpful too.
First, this box is reliably amazing every month. The shirts are fun and comfy, the other goodies are useful and not cheap trinkets, and my cat loves the cat toys.
Second, their customer service is amazing. They’ve helped me out with a few minor issues, and their response has always been speedy and friendly. I have never left an interaction with them feeling dissatisfied.
I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about CatLadyBox. I get comments on my shirts all the time, and I always recommend them unreservedly.
I always look forward to receiving this box. It has fun whimsical things for both my cat and I. I like the themes and that they give to rescues. I wish there would be more about the rescues included or a rescue box.
The products are quality. The shirts are soft. They have cute saying on them.
I have been a subscriber for 3 or 4 years. There have only been a few products I didn't like. My grandchildren often ask for a product or two.
I have needed to e-mail customer service. They replied promptly and rectified my issue.
If you love cats, I highly recommend this subscription box.
I have been enjoying the boxes a lot more than I did in the beginning, I think the items have gotten better. I do think that your website could use a little updating so that it is easier to use.
The Cat Lady box is full of cute seasonal cat items which are always useful, and my cats love the catnip toys. My most recent box was the Orange cat box, which is my new favorite!
I have been receiving the CatLady box for several months now. It is always full of great items! I chose the one with two cat toys and my cats love them every single month. It’s always a great day for us when the box arrives!
Always receive wonderful items of super quality that me and my cats love. Absolutely fabulous customer service, very friendly and kind. We have been enjoying catlady boxes for 4 years, and don't see us stopping.
I love the Surprise of what I get always cat related. And if I didn't love it so much my car loves it 10x as much these are seriously his favorite toys and the only boxes he'll get into
Love the catladybox. My cats love getting the catnip toys and playing in the box afterwards. I love the shirts every month. That is basically all I wear is cat lady shirts. The different things that we get are very awesome. Something I would never buy for myself but it is always nice to receive.
I love the themed boxes! I also love that I get cat toys each box and my kitties have loved them. I also enjoy getting a shirt and some other product, I’ve made use for everything and love that it’s always a variety. I’ve not once been disappointed with a box and have been getting them over a year.
