My cats love the catsaurus. At first they didn’t know what to do with it but then I sprinkled some catnip on it and now they play or lay inside it or they lay in the little bowl on top. It’s great!

Customer service is non-existent. I had an issue with my order and still after 3+ weeks of emails and reaching out on Instagram, no reply. The phone number listed is disconnected. I have tried emailing via the auto emails saying to contact them through that email and tried using the message service on their website. Nothing. I haven't even opened the product as I want a response from them first. Please stay away if you think you may have issues with your order or want to return.

The product was very easy to order. We received the order in about a week's time. The kittens are having an absolute fantastic time running in it, jumping on it, hunting each other in and around it and it has been a favorite nap site for the littlest one.

I have two very energetic boys almost a year old. I received my Cattasaurus a couple of weeks ago. It took a few days but they go crazy for it. They both sleep in it at night. One of them is curled up on top of it. The jumbo size is big however with two crazy kitties they run hide play peek- a-boo. Delivery was good although the package was open and a bit banged up the contents were perfectly wrapped and sealed. There was no smell when opening it up. If you have kitties I highly suggest you get one.

Been good our kitty is 10 months she just got comfy with it. She loves the holes because she can get my fingers and she can see me. She likes to go in circles and takes naps inside and on top. We are looking at getting a second cat so I'm hoping they both love it and play together.
