I've never been fond of having to buy foreign currency in the US now that banks don't seem to want to carry common ones, as all have an exchange rate that is too high, but at least CEI had an option of a lower-priced slower Fed-Ex delivery method (rather than only an overnight rate) which helped on the cost.
