This was my first time ordering from CEI. I placed an order on 8/14/26 to be delivered on 8/21/26 specifically to ensure I would be home all day to sign for the package. Fed Ex tracking indicates my package has been sitting in Independence, KY since 8/19/26. When I called the customer service line they were like 'Oh it sounds like you have a lost package. You will need to send an email with your confirmation number and they will start researching it.' I asked how long it would take and customer service said they have no idea. Why can't customer service take this information over the phone? Fortunately for me I planed ahead when ordering this currency. I can't imagine what people who count on this delivery service would do if they need their currency exchange to travel and had no where else to go to obtain it.
