broke 2 days in from just being in my purse, everyday use.
They are horrible!!! They try to get out of paying. When you register they ask for a screenshot of your phone...they do not say anything about it but approve it then when you file a claim they say oh yeah the photo you provided during registration did not show your screen well so claim denied. This is gabage company just know you will not be reimbursed look for other products that honor their word.
Getting a iPhone 17 pro max this month but it’s on back order so I’m buying all the essentials through cell helmet so it saves me a ton of money than going through a phone carrier or retail store
I purchased and overpriced screen protector from Verizon for my new phone. Within a month it has a crack in it. I assumed a replacement would be under a warranty so asked Verizon they stated I needed to go through cellhelmet website which I did. But as $13 fee for a covered new protector is ridiculous. I could have purchased a 2 pack on Amazon of another brand with just as good quality for half the price. Not to mentioned I already paid $70 for a lens protector and screen protect from CellHelmet.
On Sept 10 I purchased an upgraded power cord and plug from my local dealer. They couldn't fix it but coildvsend it in for $14.95 for a replacement cord. As I had no way to charge my phone except by car I asked to purchase another cord which they charged me another $31.64. As I am handicapped my phone is my lifeline in my apartment. Its the first time ivevever not been given a replacement. Unhappy
I got the liquid glass cause I always break my phone I decided not to get the insurance because It was a guarantee that u couldn't brake the liquid glass well I tried registering the liquid glass b 4 I fell the other day and the liquid glass didn't protect my phone so now I have a broken phone they will not fix it a joke
The screen protector, great. Customer service, horrible. I will not support this company again. I purchased my screen protector back in 2021 for $42.19 ensuring any future replacement would be $10. Apparently, my phone model outlasted inflation and rising prices, so now replacements cost $12.95. I had to chat the company as there is no phone number for customer support available and Aaron was no help. He simply stated that the current price of $12.95 is correct and he was sorry for any frustration.
I bought a new Cellhelmet Liquid Glass protector with a new PIN at the same time my phone screen was repaired (same receipt). I attempted to register within 30 days, but the system refused the new PIN because an older, used PIN was still tied to my device. Their system doesn’t allow two PINs on the same device—so registration was impossible without Cellhelmet intervening. Support acknowledged the issue and said the PIN would be replaced/cleared so I could register. That never happened. When I later filed a claim for screen damage, Olive Bridge (their claims handler) denied it, saying I “never registered” and that I “didn’t contact Cellhelmet to remove the old PIN.” That’s exactly what I needed them to do—and what I asked for. Instead of fixing their system block, they used it to deny coverage. Their own Terms require registration, but they don’t address the scenario where Cellhelmet’s system prevents registration after a prior claim. Shifting the burden to the customer for a company-created barrier feels like bad-faith administration. Outcome: Denied claim, no replacement PIN, no resolution. They even told me to “file a complaint.” Advice to others: Before you leave the store, verify the PIN registers on your device. If you’ve ever had a prior claim/PIN, insist they remove it immediately and give that to you in writing—or consider a different product.
When I purchased the merchandise I was not told there was going to be a fee of any sort to replace. So I was not expecting to pay anything. I have owned a cell phone for over 20 year and never had to replace a screen protector or a screen. I have dropped my phones many times. It gives the phone a nice, clean look but I would not buy it again.
The magnetic car charger that sits on your dash will not stick to your dashboard if you have a vinyl dashboard. I had a cheap $15 one that was not self charging and I wish I would have just kept that one instead of wasting over $60 on this one that does not stick to my dash. I bought it at a Verizon store and it's definitely a waste of money.
Be cautious when buying any of Cellhelmet products. Cellhelmet is good at promoting its warranty on its new screen protection covers (privacy temper glass) for the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max. When we tried to claim the warranty, the only option they gave us to choose from was the non-privacy screen protection, which cost less than that one. This is how they make their money. Sell the privacy once at a higher price and when you make your claim, they no longer have the same product. This was a new product. Not something that was discontinued. Cellhelmet should stop promoting a lifetime warranty on all their products. It's a complete scam. DO NOT TRUST THAT COMPANY. Thank you.
This was my first time to order from you and the experience went very well.
Good service for the warranty replacement
I used this on my phone screen a couple of years ago. Since then, i have managed to drop the phone on numerous occasions on a variety of surfaces. The screen is still intact and absolutely not damaged by the impacts. In summary, the stuff really does work.
Quality product AND quality support! Recent experience with a phone warranty meant my screen was replaced, and the repair facility threw away my CellHelmet screen protector with the old screen. I reached out to Cell Helmet and they were quick to replace it. Customer service still alive and well!
