I’d like to say that I may not know much about fiber internet but I do know that I had a lot of questions about the new service and every single one of them got answered and explained with ease. I know people only usually leave bad reviews for bad experiences but Makenzie definitely went above and beyond with all of my needs.

I spoke to MACKENZIE AND SHE WAS THE MOST AMAZING REPRESENTATIVE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS!!! GIVE HER A RAISE EXPEDITIOUSLY!!! She listened and addressed ALL my concerns and questions and she is the reason I want to stay TRUST ME IF WASN'T FOR HER I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED A LONG TIME AGO but that shows me Centric Fiber hires loving and caring reps, they have the right person on the team, all her hard work dealing with ppl like me but I’m grateful to cross paths on phone with her.
