The representative was awesome knew exactly what I needed for my Tesla charger. Did all the work and now my wall charger is connected to WiFi. Thank you. It is very very nice to speak to folks that’s speak English and are not talking out of their butt. Sorry for the language.

Chris Knoel was phenomenal. New construction home, builder needs to fix an issue b4 job is completed. Chris made certain that we're all good until he can properly finish. I have mobility issues and Chris even moved a heavy item into my garage. He deserves all of the stars... Definitely recommending.

Amazing Customer Service
I recently moved in and had a great experience with Centric Fiber from start to finish. Emma helped me get signed up a few weeks ago and went above and beyond on my actual move-in day - she followed up on her day off just to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of follow-through is rare and it meant a lot. Jackson helped me out this week when I had questions about mesh extenders for my apartment. He gave me specific product recommendations, explained my setup options clearly, and even tracked down a TP-Link guide to make it easier. No runaround, no vague answers - just genuinely helpful service. Two different people, same standard of care. That tells you something about the team. Highly recommend Centric Fiber.
