Absolute scam company. Items nothing like what is pictured. Ordered a beautiful KNITTED, fur lined, hooded sweater coat, received a screen printed polyester thing that was nothing like what I ordered. Reached out to company's customer service beginning 11/24/2025 to get information about a refund, had to follow-up TWICE to ask for a response from them, and was told (the first time) they would give me 20% of my money back, and allow me to keep the item (words cannot describe how horrible the item they shipped to me is). I said no. Had to follow-up TWICE to ask for a response from them AGAIN. They sent another email offering to give me 40% of my money back and to keep the item. I said no. Had to follow-up TWICE to ask for a response from them AGAIN. They said in their latest response that if I wanted a full refund I could return the item, they would make sure it was in condition and within the rules of their return policy (30 days, which the emails they delayed constantly in responding to puts this outside the 30 days by 3 weeks) would refund me MINUS the charges to return the item, TO CHINA, including all duties and fees. Total scamming, nasty, despicable company - tell your friends, tell the FTC, tell the BBB. Do not waste your money. Thieving, rotten, nasty, disgusting, foul company.
CHARMFAY- We ordered this sweater, it is not a sweater like shown in the pictures, it actually was shipped from China and I would not buy it for 10$. The material is thin and stretchy, the hood shows the inside of the white material, it is not even black not does it match the design, the cuffs have no detailing on them. The design is printed on and doesn't even have and shading to make it look like the picture shows. Very disappointed. I would have taken a picture but I tossed it in the garbage.

They do false advertising. There clothes are nothing like what they show on line. They send some kind of cheap knock off. Then when you try to get in touch with them they gost you. I ordered and immediately wanted to cancel as the prices and ai pictures are too good to be true. Then I read the reviews. My email has bounced from the support email so I can't even get in touch with them! Hopefully they do the right thing and respond immediately to this.
Looks good, I hope the quality is as good as it looks. I have bought similar clothing from other companies and found it extremely disappointing, which is why I am only buying one for starters. Admittedly easy to order, and now just waiting for tracking number
