I got confirmation for my flight and then a few hours later I get a call to let me know I cannot bring any luggage and have to be at the airport three hours in advance. When I cancelled because of this I was charged $200 to cancel. This company is very misleading and I would not book with them ever again!

Why is it telling me that when I brought my ticket that it is a standby ticket, and that I would have to pay $400 more for a ticket that cost $507 on the company's website. Don't use this website if you do not want to get scammed.

I had a horrible experience with this business. I would not recommend their services at all. Do NOT fall for their low prices. It's not with it. I hope we can get our money back. These people are bullies. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Scam scam I attempted to purchase 2 same day one way tickets never received tickets but received a call from a potential spam they mentioned i was unable to book the original flight but could book another for same day with 1 stop i explained to the agent that I could not really understand her accent and that I'm not willing to pay more than what I paid i express that several times on a so called recorded line I was told to agree to the email and the balance would be the same still me telling the agent I don't agree with the amount she assured me that I wouldn't be paying more well she lied I was charged twice and never used their service never checked in with any e-ticket even though they charged me never sent the e-ticket to check in they need to be stopped
You won't get the advertised price!
I booked the flight for a reasonable price. Quickly got an email with the details but stating I would get another email for confirmation. Instead they called to tell me the departure flight was canceled and my only option was to upgrade for double the money. The tried to say that it was a stand by ticket, yet it didn't advertise as a stand by. And even though it wasn't my fault, I was charged a cancelation fee.

Wow, these overseas scammers believe that we, the Westerners, are the dumbest customers ever. They advertise an amazing flight deal. Once you "purchase" and your card is charged, they call to tell you that the ticket is now only available as stand-by or on a waiting list with no guarantee. But...., you can upgrade the ticket at a significantly higher price (three times more ). If you refuse and want your money back, the ticket is a "non-refundable", and ... WOW GINIUS!!! PERFECT SCAM !!!!

bad bad bad , please do NOT use this company they just scam me for $300. I did bought ticket from them and ever thing is fine, they sent me confirmation number and everything still fine. Until I received 5 emails from them regarding my booking. they said my ticket doesn't have luggage, and I said ok. After that they said your ticket is fixable you are not keeping the same date, if you want to keep the same date your ticket will be over $4000.00, I said no to this, please refund my money, they we will take $300 from you I'm asking what I did wrong, I set the date I booked, and I paid (I'm thinking they sold my ticket to someone else and also scam me for $300 because I cancel on them because they are NOT honest business, and I don't want to put my family vac in risk

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! The old bait and switch, they offer a price online and then call that you need to approve the charge for the booking and then tell you that flight is now full but for an additional 748.00 per passenger they can get you on another flight. I was yelled at and told LISTEN TO ME. He finally came down to an additional 99.00 per passenger after telling me I would not get my money back if I cancelled since I booked a no cancellation flight. I get to the airport and had to pay additional for my carry on and then had to pay for my return seat and carry on for the return flight. 1,100.00 original flight cost 1539.98. Now they have had me on hold for over an hour trying to argue it is the airline's fault. I'm still holding. The hold music is like water boarding but I got all night.....

Total scam - after booking they tell you they can ask you to leave up to 2 days before or after your planned date. And they give no refunds or cancellation

Misleading prices on website. I was searching for premium economy flights, and the reservation had "premium" under the flight numbers, but in fact they were economy so I'd need an extra $400+ (after spending $475) to get premium. No refunds allowed, and I couldn't get a straight answer as to who was charging my credit card. Never again.
