As a direct result of this last-minute cancellation, I had no option but to immediately purchase another ticket on Air Canada. The original ticket cost USD 500, while the replacement ticket cost USD 700. This situation caused a total financial loss of approximately USD 350. What is even more concerning is that after several follow-up calls, I was informed that no refund would be issued for this loss. This response is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the situation was entirely outside of my control and occurred due to the cancellation of a confirmed ticket. This type of handling is not only unprofessional but also reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. A confirmed booking should not simply be cancelled to prioritize another passenger, leaving the customer to bear the financial consequences. Total scam. Please stay away from this company. I booked 3 tickets and the next day I was bombarded with calls and emails asking for more money because the price changed. When I called the airline, there was no reservation for me. My credit card is working on disputing the charges.

This was a very disappointing experience. They advertised an approx. $1,200 flight for a $1,500 ticket, charged me approx. $500 upfront, and then failed to provide complete booking information. The pricing was misleading, and the communication was unclear and incomplete. As a student, this was very stressful and financially difficult. If I could give a negative star I would first and foremost they have you book at a low price and then add extra charges then when you call them they tell you that what ever the airline has available that what you need to take or upgrade your ticket or you will loose your money and the customer service people are RUDE please research before booking with these scammers
Getting a flight through this company was too good to be true. We had a great price for a flight, but when we booked it the website glitched and made us go through booking again. We were then charged twice for the same trip, but then when we tried to cancel one of the reservations we were told we were not allowed without either upgrading the seats, or changing the flight date. After changing the date, the flight cost went from $220 all the way up to $551. When asked if we could just cancel everything, we were told if we cancelled no refund would be issued. This was a nightmare and I refuse to use this company ever again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere even if it involves a touch more money.
Hello, I decided to write a review. First, the money is immediately deducted from the card, but there are no tickets or confirmation (and it's unclear how long it will take). The phone number doesn't respond. Second, the website claims to offer 24/7 support, but in reality, there is no support at all. I sent an email, but there was no response. Essentially, you don't know what to do next. It's a terrible job.
Nice bait & switch! I received a confirmation for the booking at the quoted price. Low and behold, I received a call that the booking was no longer available for that price. I could book the SAME flights for more than twice the original booking or I could switch my flights. I couldn't switch due to other connections so I asked for a refund since I didn't change/cancel the flights & was told I could only get credit towards another booking. Like I would book with you again after you failed to honor the booking you confirmed!
I will never use this company again. They lack transparency, and do not disclose that the "tickets" they sell are standby tickets. They are heavily discounted rates to reel you in, but what will likely happen is on the day of your trip you will learn that those tickets are no longer available and they will charge you exponentially more to get "guaranteed" tickets. It's a very shady practice.
These people are crazy and need to go to "Bellevue"; they're no good at all. They lure you in with low rates. Then they call you and tell you. You can't carry any bags on the flight because your rate is too low, and you should put your phone, purse, or anypersonal items in your pocket because your ticket is too cheap to take even a purse, which can be held under the seat on the flight. Why would anyone want to bring their personal belongings in their hand? Then they want to charge you $100 for cancellation 2 hours after booking the flight and before 24 hrs passes.

I would give negative 5 star if I could. This agency is scamming people. They advertise d promo fare which is not available anymore and will offer expensive options. They will charge you high amount for just booking if you cancel. Then will offer you high price and will tell you lies that you can’t get any other price lower than they are offering. The customer service had me on phone for two hours, left me hanging on phone for 30 mins. So I just cancelled and got a ticket from other agency which is way way cheaper. Until now they haven’t reimburse their charges. It’s been more than a week. I tried to call and follow up but they said they need to review the phone call. Please don’t experience what I’ve experienced in this agency. Avoid this scam.

I was charged twice when I arrived at delta 590 for each passenger when I clearly had pay cheapflight 381 for two passenger. America Express said this was a fraudulent ticket and that the 381 was for a courtesy hold.
