Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People genuinely appreciate the dedicated support team members who patiently guide them through booking flights and securing the very best available rates for their trips. Consumers frequently mention that agents are remarkably courteous, professional, and thorough when handling complicated travel arrangements and patiently answering all related questions. However, some customers also noted unexpected price increases and sudden hidden fees that appeared after starting their online reservations. A few other people also felt that the support calls were excessively long and frustrating when trying to resolve final billing discrepancies.
