Call them twice regarding my change of flight. Both customer service is not friendly and confusing. The last Indian lady talks too much and never gave me an opportunity to talk. Will never go with this website again.

Disappointed due to poor response from Customer Care Team. As per Customer Care this happens due to System Failure, but fact of the matter is that Cheaptickets.sg was unable to provide Rental Car confirmation even during one week time frame.
When selecting title, it should allow people to select the right title , Male not 100% equal to Mr and female not 100% equal to Mrs, it can be Ms too.
Also as a Chinese with Chinese name we have two words in our name, why the system put our first name together with no space?
Also once concern being raised to CS by email no response so far for 35 hours
Had a lot of difficulty trying to book the tickets. Everytime I tried to click on book, the page would go blank. And when i tried to refresh it, it would perform the search for the tickets again. It took many hours before I could finally book my tickets
I couldn't make any changes in the schedule once the flight is purchased. I tried cancelling the flight but not a penny was refunded. Perhaps we need some flexibility in the booking.
