Highly recommend using this service. Staff were very communicative and it was easy to organise tickets in advance for what was a busy Labour Day holiday period for train travel in China. Staff were proactive in making sure our passport details were correct and sent helpful information for an easy trip. Will definitely use their service again!

Purchased high speed train tickets from Guangzhou to Beijing, everything went smoothly. Communications was prompt and clear.
Delivered exactly what was required
We used China Highlights to book our rail tickets, from Shanghai to Xi'An and from Xi'An to Beijing. Which is exactly what they did. Basically, you book the trip, they send you a payment link. They also provide you with the direct contact details of the agent that's taking care of your booking, another plus point. Albeit that you will need to use WeChat to contact them.

booking train tickets for non-Chinese passport holders is not easy. I used it to book train tickets for my wife and kid. To my surprise, it all worked perfectly. The price is fair and the result is excellent. The ticket info was stored in their passports. I will use this service again.
