Colbi was by far the most helpful person I have encounted with the support team. He was able to help me solve all of my problems with my call routing. He was patient. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, making my stress level decrease significantly!

Our system was rebooted from a new router - Colbi was very patient with the trial and error it took to reset our two wifi phones.

Nick did a fantastic job. I had a fair amount of difficulty getting what I needed for a full week. In one call Nick took care of everything I needed and convinced me that Clarity can do appropriate customer service.

I recently wanted to change what my extensions said on the phone. I sent an email, they quickly responded and changed it. Then even more recently I wanted another change and not only were they able to communicate and fix everything quickly but they offered a better solution then what I had in mind.

I have had the BEST customer service and prompt help every time I've had a question or concern. I have worked with other VOIP phone providers and haven't had the ease of use or help that Clarity offers. Colbi in tech support and David in customer retention have been INCREDIBLE. Clarity is always quick to respond. I have had a few occasions where there were difficulties, but the tech always got someone else involved that could help the resolution.
