Extremely disappointed and will never use this company again!
I called two days ago and got a woman that had no idea what she was doing and couldn't help me at all with ordering some interior plastic for my Camaro. I then hung up with her and tried to order it myself and this company offered free shipping for orders over $300 as well as a 20% discount for new customers. When I ordered my items and got down to the payment part, their website said they could not process my information from my credit card. So I hung up and tried to do it again today and now the free shipping part was over. I made a call and a representative told me that the free shipping part ended last night at midnight. I told him it wasn't my fault that their company couldn't process my credit card information and they should honor it, he said there was nothing he could do. So it's clearly Bait and switch operation here. I went ahead and used one of their competitors in Ordered $700 of parts. Classic Industries lost $700 worth of parts over $140 worth of shipping that should've been free. I will never use them again!

I recently bought 3 Mustang Coupe to Fastback conversion kits and a few other items totally over $15k . When I picked them up, one of the frames was damaged slightly. Since I waited 6 months to get them, I accepted it. Would have been nice to have got a few dollars off for the damage as I will have to fix it later.
