This experience has been HORRIBLE. I purchased a bundle and they subscribed me automatically, which has happened with companies in the past, so I usually look beyond it. Although, when I reached out several, uoon several times with no response I got worried. I even went to the website to cancel the subscription and it wouldn’t let me because it said I wasn’t on one. Then I couldn’t cancel and emailed, called and left messages, with Zero response! Finally someone responded with an offer of 10% off! I said no, please refund. Then they offered 30% off!! I said no, please refund. And then they went silent again; I have still not been able to resolve this situation. They refuse to respond. I have not been able to resolve any of this. I finally filed a duspute and put a stop on further charges on my account, but it’s scary cause they literally stopped trying to help. Nothing back in weeks. Do not trust them. They are deceptive, and they will not help if there is something wrong. STAY FAR AWAY

I wanted to order their compostable plastic bags and storage bags., which I did. The website kept trying to talk me into doing an add-on of some other things which I said no I didn't want to do that and went forward. I thought all is well until the following day I saw that I had ordered those extra things as well when I know I did not. When I tried to message the company I had to send an email but actually I found out I sent the email to an AI individual and I never heard back so I don't know what happened.
I was that I didn't open the package I did get for a while. Well I opened the package today which should've had all sorts of household used compostable plastic bags what it contained was all laundry detergent dishwasher detergent things to wipe off counters all sorts of housekeeping stuff nothing having anything to do with what I ordered. It was an absolute fiasco as far as I'm concerned this company is worse than useless they are unresponsive and they are not trying to please the customer

Right to home delivery, ordering online. Great product, but knocked down 1 star as the storage bags are only one strip to seal, and can be difficult to close at times. Would encourage all to ‘save the planet’ by use of these compostable bags!

The sign up for a subscription was fast and easy. The delivery was fast (not overnight like Amazon). The products are sturdy, thick bahs. The snack and sandwich bags easily seal tightly. The trash bags are slightly larger than the pladtic ones from the store. They do not have a scent like some of the other trash bags have. I really like the fact that i am doing something that helps thevenvironment and reduces plastic trash. I won't solve the problem of too much plastic waste but if everyone would make only one change in their life it would make a big difference worldwide.

The reusable kitchen cloths are great. They clean my kitchen counters, sink and then I rinse them out and reuse again. I put in dishwasher and wash with the dishes. I have used the same two since I got in early March or late Feb and they are still good. I have saved money by not having to use paper towels as much.

It’s hard to imagine why some of the major storage bag and garbage companies are not considering developing products like Cleanomic. Not only am I happy to not add to the plastic waste in our world, but not having plastic wrapped around my food is important to me as well. What an easy and economical way to be solving both issues. I ordered Foaming Dish Soap Tablets. The product did clean well. They did give me a 50% refund, but I would not buy this product. I threw them away.

Do not buy their compostable plastic bags. They are terrible quality and rip and break easily. I needed to throw them all out could not use it at all.
